28/01/2025: I recently visited Brooklyn Restaurant Ardkeen and was thoroughly impressed by the lovely atmosphere and the extensive menu, especially the huge variety of gluten-free options. The gluten-free vegetarian pizza and gluten-free bruschetta were particularly standout dishes, bursting with flavour and freshness. The restaurant has a warm and welcoming ambience, making it a perfect spot for both casual dining and special occasions. The decor is modern yet cosy, which adds to the overall dining experience. While the staff was very friendly and attentive, they did seem quite busy, which led to a bit of a messy environment at times. However, their friendliness and willingness to accommodate dietary needs were much appreciated. Despite the minor issue with the busy staff, the overall experience was delightful, and I would definitely recommend Brooklyn Restaurant Ardkeen to anyone looking for delicious gluten-free options in a charming setting. Highly recommended!!

27/01/2025: Despite the fact that I had booked since a week ago we were left standing in a cold draughty entrance for about 20 mins before we got our table. Service was very slow. I decided on the tacos for starter and they arrived with no guacamole or sour cream as was on the menu. The meat was luke warm and served in hard taco shells that you couldn't eat in your hands. One of the main courses arrived at least 5 mins after the others. The place was crowded and the acoustics are absolutely awful. You couldn't even hear the waiting staff. To be fair to the staff they were run off their feet. There simply wasn't enough staff to cater for the amount of people. Not a great experience though. Really wouldn't rate the food apart from the ribs and pizza. Don't think I would revisit. Poorly run.
