19/01/2025: A great place, the front restaurant has been opened now to have your coffee and scrumptious cake in. Quiet, cosy area with sea views, ideal to meet with friends. would recommend. Now doing lovely tasty takeaway meals.

10/11/2024: Iāve been here a few times during the summer. Need to book in advance to guarantee a seat and table for a group. Nice specials and choice for Sunday lunch. Menu the same most days. Good choice of food, good staff, good service, has got a little expensive. It has a nice atmosphere. Great to show games and sporting events on tv. Easy to walk to within the town. Limited parking. A nice casual place to eat on Sundays or evenings on weekdays.

Such a beautiful cozy pub with amazing musicians, love a live band.

01/10/2024: Overlooking Spanish Point, close to the Armada Hotel. Loads of free parking. A little restaurant and bar, very nice. Great coffee. Our room was massive! 2 beds and two couches. Spotless. Our friends were in two other room, they were gorgeous. Coffee and tea facilities, very important š, very good shower. Only met one member of staff, she was a credit to the place. Gluten free breakfast no problem. If we go to Spanish Point again I would hope to stay here. Excellent.

01/01/2025: Was passing through Ballybunion yesterday and stopped for something to eat at Supervalu.
The bit of chicken i bought was pink & cold inside. The rest of the food i got was decent. I was on the road home, otherwise i would have brought it back.

07/09/2024: Won't be visiting again, went in 3 or 4 times & every time there is something missing from order & I'm having to get up to pay again, ordered something separate for take away they tried to charge again, food is basic.

17/10/2024: Incredibly rude Manager micro manages everything, upsets staff and killing the atmosphere. staff not let to use their own initiative. Leaking roof in dining area. Wi-Fi range is terrible. Food is bland tasteless Booked table but was put up at bar counter to eat by arrogant manager whom later was drinking at bar with other guests!!!! ?Great staff but terrible manager. Manager needs to keep away from dining area and stop micro managing. Will not come back here again. Depressing function room out the back. This place is a gold mine if run correctly with right management and again food needs proper freshness. Nothing to get excited about. Old gents and ladies hotel!

13/01/2025: The chef?? here clearly doesnāt know what supreme sauce is. We ordered two chicken supreme and they came with a disgusting gravy-like sauce and the vegetables were the saddest looking sight probably days old and reheated. A bad experience
29/08/2024: I ordered a chicken Caesar salad. It arrived with no Caesar salad. Which waitress provided when asked. It consisted of lettuce leaves and what tasted like sliced chicken from any supermarket. As I was leaving I asked the young lady at the cash register to let the chef know it was the worst excuse for a chicken Caesar salad I had ever had. As we, my nephew and myself were leaving we realised we hadnāt been offered ādaily lunch specialsā Iām figuring these were reserved for our American tourists. Come on ballybunion golf club you can do better, the locals money is just as important for your business as the tourists āor is itā would I go back? Absolutely not.
