17/10/2024: Lovely local pub and restaurant. The service was good and very warm and friendly. The food was about average, nothing special.
I would, however, go for a beer and whisky in the evenings.
30/09/2024: Very expensive … had dinner Thursday of race week.. I had chicken and my husband had bowl of stew… portions very small stew was €23 and chicken breast was €24.. we left the restaurant hungry… the service was very quick..

27/10/2024: Absolutely delicious food, fab service and a cosy warm atmosphere, what more could you want. Portions are huge, so bring your appetite.
Had the seabass and burger, both cooked to perfection.
Highly recommend.

02/10/2024: Ate 3 days here during the racing festival. Always a pleasure to go here for food. The girlies are so pleasant and friendly. Always remembers us from year to year. Food is excellent and very reasonable

21/07/2024: If you're seeking a dining adventure reminiscent of Fawlty Towers, "The Chaotic Gapo" is your spot. We arrived at 6 pm, only to get our first drink at 6:30. Our food finally made an appearance at 7:10, just in time for a 20-minute fire alarm serenade. At 7:30, a waitress, with pink hair, brought us chips we no longer needed and rolled her eyes when informed. The grand finale? A Guinness that looked like it had been poured by Basil Fawlty himself. If chaos and confusion are your preferred dining companions, this is the place for you!

21/07/2024: Really impressed by my recent visit here. Service was impeccable and they even checked in to make sure that we were enjoying our meal which is more than you get in some fine dining establishements! Also love that they do veggie and vegan options so something for everyone! 10/10

05/10/2024: We have been using this fantastic take away for about 10 years. The food is delicious. The man that runs it is class. He is so lovely to us always both on the phone and in person. Love this place. Would give it 10 stars if possible. Love it, love it, love it.
