The best restaurants in Clane

09/12/2024: Bit dated hotel but great service, some tips could be to have water and body lotion in the time, clean scuff marks on the walls and better lighting in the corridors on 3rd floor. But tasty food and great service.

06/12/2024: Avoid this Hotel Customer service non-existent I've called twice Sent 6 emails and still have heard nothing from management. Room are ok Food mediocre Staff trying to multi task which causes massive delays Waited 10/15 twice for our drinks orders Half the group were finished their mains while the other half hadn't even received there main yet ( 15/20 min delay on food ) Complaint to staff at time it fell on deaf ears The day after check out a payment for 295 euro tried to be taken from account for a room that had already cancelled. Had to call the hotel and ask no payment be taken. I've called and sent emails and I've still received no correspondence from the westgrove management.

30/09/2024: Brought family for a lunch out here, refused to make a simple sandwich for nana with dietary needs, boss came out and had it sorted in 2 minutes, food is mediocre at best and it looks quite dead in there

08/10/2024: Had a very nice lunch here on our way to a hospital appointment. I had the Epic sandwich that had tayto crisps on a ham & cheese toastie, divine. The other half had the club. Both were tasty and the staff were very friendly too.

20/11/2024: The food is always good, but the night in question service was very slow, and the waiting area was packed. Also, being cash only is not very convenient, especially when the bank machine next door was out of order.

27/10/2024: I've been there before for dinner, and we ordered main dishes. They were all delicious. This time we ordered a selection of tapas to share between us... They were all absolutely delicious!! Everything was beautifully made and very tasty. We were 3 people and ordered 7 different tapas. My favourite was the falafel option... I loved the texture and the flavour of it, and the sauce accompanying it was very good (spicy) - I also dipped the onion rings in it and I loved it. For drinking we ordered Sangria... I really recommend it. We'll definitely be coming back, again and again. I've been living in Ireland for 2 years now, and this is my favourite restaurant so far. I think that food, here in Ireland, is a bit tasteless... It's not the case in Mode. I love it!!

07/11/2024: I usually love the food from the Tigger and the service is usually amazing but tonight I ordered food for delivery at 6:20pm and it wasn’t delivered until 7:50pm which on its own is a joke. The food was cold and I ordered salt and chilli chicken balls and they came in a bag with a few chips which caused them to go soggy so I only ended up eating just about one and it ruined my appetite. My boyfriend’s curry was fine but cold which is never nice. To say I’m not happy is an understatement considering i basically couldn’t eat my food due to it turning my stomach with the batter being soggy on my chicken balls. €30 down the drain.
