The Pot & Pantry

17/11/2025: Too noisy in there. Difficult to relax and hear each other or have a conversation. Food wasn’t great. The burger didn’t taste fresh. Sauce tasted sour like it was not made fresh. Service from the young waitress was good and she was very polite. A let down because it has so much potential in a town with little competition.

17/10/2025: Wouldn’t get my coffee anywhere else than here 10/10! Super friendly and accommodating staff, you can feel the great energy through the drive through window and the coffee is lovely everytime !
06/10/2025: I would wait 20 minutes for a coffee here if I had too. It’s the nicest coffee spot, staff & service are amazing.

I had the burger and it was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. The coffee was just as great, rich and smooth, exactly the way I like it. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

09/11/2025: Hotel : decor was nice, lots of seating area outside of your room if you wanted to get out of the room for a bit for a chat or what ever, on the first and second floor. Room was huge , bed was massive, bathroom was nice , shower head could use a bit of TLC but it was good other wise
Oak Bar : I got the Hake and chips it was unreal, batter crispy, with lots of fish inside not just all batter, chips were chunky and with a few crispy bits. (8.6/10)

Everything was done to perfection many thanks to all the staff Special thanks to Lorna would definitely be back food was fantastic as was breakfast the following morning

I got tea which came on a nice tray with a cute milk pot and tea pot. I also got the pancakes with berries and cream which I forgot to photograph. They were nice but very chewy and I sadly had to ration my berries and cream, I would've liked double the berries and cream.
25/08/2025: I recently stopped by this cozy café and decided to try their turkey melt, an apple, and a flat white. Everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were wonderful, too. If you’re in the neighborhood, I definitely recommend checking it out. They offer a nice selection of pasta dishes, sandwiches, wraps, and plenty of tasty treats as well.

Take away ... €7.50. If people think that is good value, I am gobsmacked. Never again, Londis a freshly baked baguette with veg and cheese is €3-4 and actually pleasant to eat
