04/09/2024: Im living innarea since one year and im kind of often customer of insomnia recently maybe once a week or more. Mostly too warm inside. Bathroom is ok.staff polite. Coffe fine. Only sometimes some of the staff was bit weird but generally i like thus place. Sometimes i got not enough hot coffe but mostly is fine. Happened that muffin was bin old. Generally im happy its spacious. I wish its opened earlier and close later 😂 i love the company in general. U can have app to collect some cash on it and stamps to get free coffe.
29/05/2024: Love the coffee, the milkshakes, and the pleasant staff. The seating is comfortable and you have plenty of space to move around. I would recommend.

12/10/2024: Rude receptionist and never answer the phone. Prawn toast always comes beaten up looking, cut unevenly and falling apart. Prices are ridiculous. I won’t be ordering again

28/09/2024: It’s horrible experience for this take away , the meat was sour and the chips as well , you can feel the bitter taste of oil. I order burger , it was nice but very small.
Maybe they have to change the oil often coz it’s to burn and it’s felt in the food
02/08/2024: Got a doner kebab but it was just a wrap with doner meat and cost 9 euro. Don’t recommend

12/10/2024: Absolutely disgrace of a place. My friend ordered food online for takeaway, said 80 minutes. Saturday night and its busy so we understand, time comes and no delivery, tried ringing for over 10 minutes to be told they were busier then normal and the food would take another 30 minutes to deliver, my friend at this stage is now really hungry and asked about collection instead, and was told 20 minutes for collection, meaning the food hadn't even been cooked yet as she only ordered two things. We go to pick up the order from the restaurant, only for a delivery driver to ring her and tell her he's outside, and the restaurant tells her it went to delivery. All they could offer was a drink in exchange for cold food and extremely delayed timing😡. Avoid at all costs, definitely not worth spending money here.

10/07/2024: Rang to book a table for last Friday 5th of July, to be told that we didn't need to book on a Friday. We arrived & it was packed. Staff member asked us had we booked a table we advised her that we tried to but we were told that we didn't need to. It didn't take too long but we got sorted with one. From the time we sat down the service was awful. Two different types of red wine were ordered but when the waitress brought them down she wasn't sure what one of them was. She left the glass of wine on the table and went to check but never returned. We ordered 2 more rounds of drinks and each time there was an issue. The food didn't make up for it either. The chips were reheats and cold, very disappointing when you order fish and chips. Then the bill came, we could hardly make it out as the ink was so faint. From what we could see it looked fine to us, we divided it and agreed on a tip. Then the waitress came over to say that we had actually been given the wrong bill. Again it was very faint. At this stage, we were getting annoyed, 33 was recommended to us and it really wasn't living up to it. My friend got up to look for the manager. She explained the situation with the bill and the service. The manager then gave her another bill, different to the other 2, this was bill number 3. We joined her at this stage and couldn't believe it. He told us that he went onto the cameras and watched every order that we got. We are a group of 4 ladies in our mid forties and fifties, we were not looking to get anything for nothing. But to be told that he felt the need to go onto the cameras, this just shocked us. We just wanted to pay the bill and go home. Needless to say, we will not be returning or recommending it.
11/06/2024: It's literally the worst service ever! Come here if you want to be ignored. Waitress seemed surprised we arrived, even though we had a booking. Had to eventually ask for a menu and then ask for the Waitress to take our order. Then asked for ice cream for the kids after and after 30minutes asked if we could actually get the scoops of ice cream. AVOID
