The best restaurants in Leixlip legal town

05/05/2026: Delivery time shown 30mins on Deliveroo, placed order, order confirmed by restaurant, food being prepared by restaurant- 30mins later no update, rang the restaurant and was told it’s too far they can’t deliver, asked me to cancel the order. Why confirm the order in the first place? Why wait till the customer rings to inform you can’t deliver? Ridiculous!

05/05/2026: Very bad customer service. Placed an order on deliveroo. They confirmed the order and started preparing the food,but it never arrived. When called the restaurant the manager said he won't deliver and asked us to cancel the order as its far away. After almost an hour-wait for the food, our dinner was ruined. Not recommended.

19/06/2026: Can't tell the truth. Won't be spending money there again.

29/05/2026: It's been awhile since I've ordered here, my last experience wasn't good and I was late home and not in the mood for cooking. I'd hoped it might have improved, alas, wishful thinking, had ribs and salt and chilli prawns to start, the ribs were terrible, nothing much in the line of actual meat on them and the bit of meat there was was way over cooked and hard.seems to have been in the oven for a week keeping warm. The prawns were a rock of salt, uneatable.my mains was flavourless as was my missus's, (beef black bean, and spicy shredded beef) Black bean sauce was just water, no taste whatsoever. Wife's. Beef was all super no spice. And it wasn't cheap to boot, never again

11/05/2026: Quick food for a late night. Would recommend if all the pubs are closed.

12/04/2026: Easily the best takeaway in Ireland. Been coming here for as long as I can remember and it has the best battered sausage and a great portion of chips both in terms of size and taste. The staff are extremely friendly every time I am in there and the quality is always reliably great. Couldn't ask for a better local chipper!

11/07/2026: I called the restaurant immediately after realizing that I had accidentally placed a pickup order by mistake and needed to cancel it before any preparation had begun. The woman I spoke with confirmed that the food had not yet been prepared, as I called within two minutes of placing the order online. She informed me that they could stop preparing the food but could not assist with cancelling or refunding the €33.45 payment made through the Uber app. While I acknowledge that there was an honest mistake on my part, I am disappointed with how the situation was handled. Since no food had been prepared and the cancellation request was made almost immediately, I believe a refund or further assistance should have been considered. This experience has left me feeling dissatisfied with the customer service I received, and I hope other customers do not encounter a similar situation in the future.

27/06/2026: Update: This used to be a very good restaurant/takeaway but it has recently changed hands and the quality has suffered.
