The best restaurants in Ardee

17/08/2024: Lovely meal this evening, delicious red Thai curry that was fresh, light and with a spicy kick, delicious. Great to find this gem on a long drive between Emyvale and Dublin. Kids had penne pasta and it was clear the sauce was home made.

15/11/2024: I ordered a kebab tray that was just ok,bit a smaller portion and ordered extra southern fried chicken breast that was very bad,l could make it better at home.just 3 stars from me

04/09/2024: Martina at Bliss, Ardee is an amazing skilled baker and a lovely lady. She made our wedding cake and it was beyond our expectations. As we had no idea what we wanted she met us at her lovely shop to discuss over excellent coffee. She helped guide us in our choice and we left the creative design to her. We were blown away on the day when a beautifully decorated cake was personally delivered to our venue and set up to perfection. It provided a lovely end to our wedding meal and enjoyed by our guests with ( thankfully) some left for us the following day. We can't thank Martina enough for the beautiful cake, her complete professionalism and being part of our fantastic day. Thank you Martina. Jennifer & Harry

10/07/2024: €9 for a slice of cheesecake and a cup of coffee, in Ardee! You would expect to pay that sitting outside on the Champs Elysee. Avoid, stop at a filling station. Response to owners: At the trivial level I feel that I was caught for a sucker, I’ll get over it and it won’t break me. At the more serious level any tourist who felt that they were similarly done over in Bliss is likely to avoid any other artisan tea rooms in the whole of Ireland. So one business that works to this business model will actually spoil things for so many other similar establishments. The cheesecake and coffee were fine but not exceptional. In any similar French town we see the pâtisserie and boulangerie. These businesses are typically family run and will have been in place for decades and will be still there well into the future. So many attempts at this in Ireland are nothing more than pop-up shops that last just a few years. I feel that crucial difference is that the French do it to make a living, many Irish do it to make a killing.

13/08/2024: Extreme quick . But extremely poor pizza soggy and nothing holded the dough . There was no way to eat it without fork otherwise everything was on the floor . Never ordering again

07/08/2024: The food is delicious, nicest taco chips, delivered within the time told, food hot, great deals too which the lady on the phone was able to recommend.
