15/09/2025: I shared a similar experience. Old, crotchety lady at the front desk yelled at us for taking a picture of an item that we were considering purchasing. When we started to leave, she took the item away off the shelf. Don’t support this business & the shop owner as there’s no reason to treat customers like criminals.
24/08/2025: The rudest shop owner ever to own a shop! I’m reading reviews from 3 years ago and thinking how is she still open. We had a lovely week in south Kerry and spent yesterday our last day in Sneem when we came across this RUDE woman. My cousins daughter 5 years of age lifted her hand to touch rings and the woman actually slapped her hand away. And then as we going out the door she talking comments out loud to herself about us! I would confidently say the worst shop owner in Ireland!!!
