Staff are always excellent and so is the coffee
28/05/2025: Stopped by Jimmy’s for 2 Mochas and we were wowed by how delicious the coffee was. True barista quality drink and the people at the window were lovely - smiles all around. The little brownie served with the coffee was a really nice touch and the coffee cups are amazingly strong and insulated so you can handle right away. Will definitely be back.

Staff are always efficient and helpful.
It's very busy place so you may have to wait for a table or share one

02/06/2025: My husband and I went in on Saturday for dinner, it was so good that we returned for dinner again on Sunday. We were in Mayo only for the weekend. 100% Very highly recommend

06/07/2025: The staff here really are exceptional. A cold & hungry group of us stopped here on a very very wet Friday morning just after breakfast had finished & nearly an hour before lunch started. !!. We would have settled for a hot coffee but the staff had better idea's - would we like fresh scones - most certainly we would !!. out came huge hot scones as if straight from the oven, with butters, jams, etc., offers of home made bread, sandwiches, toast & best of all a plate of scrumptious hot sausages !!. Once lunch started the restaurant was very busy but we, in a corner of the bar weren't forgotten - tea & coffee refilled promptly & always with a smile & reassurance we weren't outstaying our welcome - old ladies do like to chat !!. Irish hospitality at its best. Thank You Gateway Swinford, we will be back.!!

21/05/2025: Order food for delivery at 6:20 and still has not come nearly an hour and half worst place every never again and my fiance rang 12 mins ago and the one said be 7 minutes and still not here fiancé just rang there again to check and the man said the order didn't print 😡😡😡😡😡
16/04/2025: Food was tasty, but I spend a whole night on a toilet. I think the lettuce was bad, because that’s the only thing that I couldn’t flush

23/07/2023: I had the pleasure of visiting Moores pub in Swinford where I had my first beautiful pint of Guinness in the town. I was greeted by a lovely, welcoming atmosphere full of craic, banter and great conversation. I had a pleasure to meeting the owner Gerry who made the experience all the more memorable. The Guinness in Moores is highly recommend and it is a must for all visitors coming to Swinford! 😊
