02/10/2024: My experience was of the delivery kind . On which from ringing to the lovely woman who took my order our experience of this establishment could not get any better , the food arrived on time hot as ordered and there wasn't a clean plate in sight . So I would recommend here for a lovely takeaway with a lovely menu for the whole family to enjoy

12/02/2025: Ordered waffles for take out, good but one waffle had burnt pieces of old waffles in it, more than half went to bin.

11/04/2024: Very poor and slow service. Two ladies behind the counter were in slow motion and disorganised. This is my third and last time here with the same experience. The shop wasn't busy at all when I came, there was only 1 customer on the front of me. However I have to wait too long for one cappuccino and burned mozzarella croissant and ask 3 times for glass of water. There wasn't spoon within my coffee and the napkin on the cutlery was dirty. I removed the dishes from the table after previous customer as nobody would. I can't imagine this place in rush hour.
25/02/2024: One of the ladies behind the till was very rude towards many customers making fun of them and laughing at them when they walked away and 2 lady’s came in asking if they had chicken wraps and the rude lady said no and rolled her eyes and starting talking about them behind there back with another colleague even tho there was chicken wraps there. This lady should not have a job here she has no customer service I am very disappointed I will not be coming again .. 😡😡

18/03/2025: Was in Rowleys Yesterday (Paddys day) and the Manager on the day a blonde woman Stefanie was so rude she asked a 13 yr old to move over very rudely and because he didn't move quick enough for her and looked at her wrong she says " Why you looking at me like that" then proceeds to tell him your getting thrown out and brings security to take him out HE 13 YEARS OF AGE. And also says to another person who was with us as he just walked in "Hope your not gonna cause trouble" and let me put this here too both boys were of certain colour. Shocking treatment from her she is in the wrong job if she can't handle the pressure. Other than that pub is lovely food great service was great.
