07/10/2024: I love the Costa in Navan shopping centre, it's handy and staff are always friendly

27/09/2024: This morning I came in to Costa and before I even got to sit down and take my jacket off to get something from the counter a staff member called katelyn , approached me and very rudely told me “get out” not even acknowledging that I was going to sit down and take of my jacket before getting something to eat, I left frustrated but decided to come back and buy something from the counter as I didn’t want to be left sitting outside, I decided I wanted to return what I bought from Costa beacuse it didn’t meet my dietary and she rolled her eyes at me. This was a horrible customer service experience for me This is not the Navan town branch it’s the Johnstown branch. Katelyn is a let down to the company and I will not be returning Lost of a loyal costumer

06/11/2024: Went in for breakfast and ordered white bread to be told when my food came they didn't have white bread and gave me brown wheat bread that I couldn't stand and it was a breakfast sandwich i got

27/08/2024: My first time here, on my way to hospital appointment. Food was mediocre. I'd make myself better. The waitress seemed all over the place. When I asked about salad! Kinda pause, etc.. I won't be back.

07/07/2024: OBriens has a lovely welcoming atmosphere and we got a last minute table on a Sunday evening..the food was good but very overpriced and we were a bit shocked as one starter, two mains, 3 drinks to be almost €100. We did have steak mains, surf and turf was 40 euro and an 8oz fillet 35 euro. Very overpriced in our opinion. Nice food and we will be back but need to save up to splash out on it again.

08/04/2024: Delivery food was piping hot, delicious. Delivered in a decent time given the time of order and traffic, but even gave a freebie to apologise, which was far from required. Will 100% order again.

11/02/2024: Ordered from four star Navan..waitingr over 2 hours for delivery!!!and still no sign of food... absolute joke.

11/07/2024: car wash - the worst in navan! I'm here for the second and last time! I paid 14e and then I had to wash the windows myself! I paid by card at the car wash so I didn't get a bill. I sent an e-mail asking for a refund, no one responded! avoid this place, it's a waste of money and nerves

31/08/2024: The girl at the till was very unfriendly, didn’t even make an effort to acknowledge us. The coffee was lovely and we did receive a nice fair well from the guy that prepared the coffee. Hope you take this into consideration

24/08/2024: Had an Americana in costa johnstown, Co. Meath. I asked for an extra TINY jug of milk, as there is not enough milk in the tiny jugs. I was rudely. ( To the extream ), that I had to pay an extra 1 Euro for the exta tiny jug. There were 3 people serving. Two young people very nice to me and understood, BUT the other person, should not be allowed work with the public.

08/06/2024: "EASILY BEST CHIPPER IN NAVAN"I've recently moved house close to giovannis, I'm just regretting having not tried it sooner, got the nicest takeaway of my life other night,taco fries, doner kebab are unbelievable, and snack box is tops also,great staff ,very friendly and they don't rip people off like that valley cafe(gone to the dogs it has) €4.20 milkshake in valley, €2.50 for same size and nicer one in giovannis, banana flavour 🤤🤤

02/10/2024: My experience was of the delivery kind . On which from ringing to the lovely woman who took my order our experience of this establishment could not get any better , the food arrived on time hot as ordered and there wasn't a clean plate in sight . So I would recommend here for a lovely takeaway with a lovely menu for the whole family to enjoy

10/11/2024: Horrible horrible horrible. i’ve had bad experiences here before but thought maybe it’ll be okay this time….. wrong! we went through the drive through and ordered 2 meals, with chilli cheese bites and drinks. drive 15-20 mins back home and open the bag to find a completely different order. there was half of the amount of food we paid for!!!! this place never ceases to amaze me 😒 always check your bags before driving off!! additionally when reading through the reviews someone else had this issue only aWEEK ago and the owner said that staff would be trained to check bags before handing them over. clearly this was never implemented. poor

25/10/2024: Totally bad experience, ordered drive through 2 meals, burger and wrap, opened at home obviously one burger g from the meal is missing!!!!!! Absolutely disappointed. Highly recommend to check the orders before you drive away.

26/02/2024: I bought Fresh cream(Avonmore) at this petrol station(Maxol) today. Exp.date is 8 March , 2024. In fact, the Fresh cream turned out to be spoiled.

04/09/2024: Don't know what happened to this place but the cost of the food is gone up and the quality and quantity has gone down We have got our food here for years but we are not going here anymore. The service is slow and the last few times we ordered for collection and our order wasn't ready and we weren't the only one. I remember when your order was over a certain amount you got a free portion of prawn crackers with your order not anymore. They need to start reading their reviews
