The best restaurants in Navan (an uaimh)

02/01/2026: By far the absolute worst Supermacs in the country. Staff are slow and disorganised. The seating area is constantly freezing. I wouldn't normally bother giving a poor review to a fast food restaurant but our recent visit will be our last here. They forgot an item from our order, so I had to queue back up to try and sort it out. Got to the top of the queue and explained the problem. The server went over to the fryer and mauled a couple of chicken nuggets sitting in a basket to see if they were cooked, threw a few in a box and handed them to me. The member of our group that was eating them said they were cold. Due to the cold temperature of the seating area and the fact that I had to queue to retrieve the missing item meant my meal was now cold too. There are better fast food restaurants in the town, and vastly better supermacs withing reasonable distance. Give this one a miss if you can.

13/12/2025: Absolutely raging they never ever give me dips or straws any time I come here always “forget” . Expensive too for the quality of food and the staff just looks like there on there last will to live never seen one smile in my life here there always so rude.

16/09/2025: Only disco left in Navan. Can be quiet, can be packed. Depends on the crowd you go with but service can be slow and seems over priced. Still better to have it than not!

10/06/2025: First time I came here the female teller jimped me out of €20 or €30 by giving me the wrong change. Upon realizing her “mistake” I immediately returned and she gave me the money back with a side serving of feigned innocence. “Fish” Inside the box was a long stringy chewy item encased in crusted batter, instead of a piece of fish. The chips themselves were bland. The menu lacks any variety and the prices are excessive. The workers have a sullen, un-engaging and unfriendly attitude. Navan needs to up its game.

13/09/2025: Spice bag is a rip off. Got one last night hardly any chicken in it and was like rubber. Paying really extra for a bag of chips not worth it counted 4 small peaces of terrible chicken. Curry is good that's all I can say

07/06/2025: First time ordering. Drove 9min for 2 kebabs meals. Got home just to realise no drinks or chips were put in. Simple instructions not followed. Not worthy calling back for a bag of chips of a drink.

19/03/2025: Nice Indian food in Navan！ I ordered the chicken jalfrezi and cheese naan were so yummy but the rice taste like no flavored.. Overall it's OK

14/10/2025: Amazing food, wonderful service and beautiful atmosphere. Favourite place by far to eat.

23/06/2025: Went in to see about getting an empty syrup bottle (I explained the new syrup bottles I have doesn't match the pump I got) and you'd think one of the staff members paid for the bottles herself. They obviously go in the recycling bin when empty, but no, telling me to go buy a pump that suits my new bottle The other staff member was lovely and big hello and goodbye _____________ Unfortunately there were no opening times on the door so we went in around 330 and they had chairs etc on the table as getting ready to close up Super friendly girls who didn't want us to pay until after we had our items and then had a chat with me Tasty drinks, the girlfriend even finished her hot chocolate and she rarely does Reasonable prices with plenty of choices on the menu My personal preference is not having the scone hot (but it was actually nice), probably best to ask first Great to see two choices of alternative sugars Definitely will be back to try the many options on the menu

26/12/2025: Great food, had meal for three. Loads and scrumptious jad to take leftovers home.

11/11/2025: Food is good, service for take away ok but service in the restaurant very poor, it has change a lot in the years, waitress wasn't friendly at all and a bit rude explaining about the dishes. I wouldn't go in the restaurant for dinner.
