16/08/2024: I love this place I have been going there for a while now and they know me now so it just makes the atmosphere brighter! The food tastes amazing. Everyone is so kind and the price ranges €1 -€ 10 but the parking sometimes is hard to find

02/04/2025: As an institution already lauded for their humble chip, you’d think: “how could a chip of this calibre possibly be improved?” My friend, I have something to share with you: The garlic cheese chips may send you into another dimension. I have experienced a lifetime of joy in the 5 minutes that it took to devour them. I feel like I know finally what it is to eat Ambrosia. Have you ever taken ecstasy? Now you don’t have to. The Valley Café has your back, son. Yes, democracy may be crumbling before our eyes and yes, there are untold horrors unfolding all around us… But at least, for 5 goddamn minutes, we can fall into unadulterated bliss, lent to us by garlic cheese chips from this quiet empire of grease and contentment.

27/03/2025: I cannot fault this chipper. After moving to Navan I tried all the chippers to find my preferred. In Gino's the chips are always amazing, the burgers are best (in some others in Navan they are inedible), the chicken is cracking and the fish is fantastic.

29/04/2025: The prices are always different depending on the staff member on the till. I paid €10.50 for a salad bowl with 4 items (no meat) and a bottle of lucozade. This seems very expensive. Another time I was charged €15 for two takeaway vol au vents. This again was very expensive. There is no proper pricing displayed

14/04/2025: Terrible rude service. Two employees stood with their backs to me and talked. When the barista made coffee, he also put the mugs on the tray with his back to me and continued talking to his partner, without saying anything to me. The coffee was also terrible, tasted like water with milk. I will never go there again.

08/04/2025: Disappointing!!! Just how I wish i could give 0 star! The staff were rude and snobbish. I was the only customer at the counter, yet they ignored me three times. I even smiled once to one of them, but they were just roaming around, chatting, and going back and forth to the back. I thought one of them would approach me to take my order, but NO, I was completely ignored! None of the three women there on duty attended to me. One of them even walked right in front of me, went to the till to grab a tray, and then left without saying anything. They didn't come back. These women clearly don’t understand customer service. I didn’t catch their names, but it happened on April 6th, 2025, Sunday at 15:05, just so the owner is aware. It was so bad that my family and I just walked away, deciding this store didn’t deserve our money. We ended up going to Costa near Woodie's, where the staff were lovely—completely the opposite experience!

28/03/2025: I walked in to order a quiet pint and found the atmosphere unwelcoming. The decor was outdated and unclean, while the staff were contrarily when met with friendly small talk. Overall, the interior was dingy and the barmaid was passive-aggressive. Avoid this dive of a pub.

17/05/2025: Had a fab meal in obriens. They had a special tonight of mixed grill surf and turf and it was amazing , so delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant and the staff could not be nicer.

19/03/2025: Food was terrible. Ordered 2 half roast chickens. Tiny portions and the chicken was dry with black bones. Half a potato cut into cubes. The coleslaw on my wives plate was gone off which can be extrememy dangerous. Very disapointed.

21/04/2025: Always love stopping at different Supermacs &Papa John's so far this one was the best. So clean and very friendly and helpful staff

03/05/2025: I went for a takeaway .I ordered lamb balti pilau rice and garlic and coriander naan and free poppadoms. The bag was very light and the lamb was fairly sparse.The taste was lacking and I did wait twenty five minutes for my food I was the only one in the take away . Everything was just thrown together.The garlic and coriander naan was ice cold and the poppadoms and dip were bland .I won't be back

31/03/2025: If you want an overpriced wait this is the place. **update morning after my brother was up all night vomiting and my son had diarrhea all night** We went here for mothers day. Booked a table at 5 for 5 people. Very very very very very very very long wait restaurant was full and everyone seemed to have an excruciating long wait. They seen to have focused more in people getting take away & delivery. We ordered starters and mains we wer nearly 3hrs in total which is crazy very very very very very slow table service. Starters between €5 & €10 mains are between €17 upwards peice not including rice or chips 🤔 for the price I thought it was very small portions. Mine was very spicy so I ordered Rita to cool it down but was told that could not be made?????? They gave me some very very watered down mint yoghurt and a very very small pot of it. Chicken was inedible very tough hard to cut and chew overall we weren't happy. We had cinema booked for 7 pm as we thought that 2hours would be plenty of time to eat and get there but unfortunately it wasn't so we missed cinema that was prepaid. Kids weren't happy 😕 So if you want an overpriced wait this is the place. I could actually feel myself age sitting there waiting.....

24/04/2025: No sign showing where to queue makes for a confusing experience. Particularly at lunch time. Coffee was great though!

07/04/2025: I am a transgender and am legally recognised by the irish government as a woman yet when I left the woman's bathroom I was accosted by a worker called claudia whom proceeded to tell me "i need to show respect and use the mans bathroom" I then told her I am legally recognised as a woman but she then just repeated her previous statement again and said that even though I am legally recognised as a woman it doesn't matter. I'd like to know what is going to be done about this? This happened 05/03/2025

25/05/2025: when ordering our pizza we got a half and half and when we ordered the cheeseburger pizza we were met with something completely different!!, we then ordered the nachos and they were burnt and they were not nice at all
