The best restaurants in Navan (an uaimh)

30/12/2023: The worst Chinese I've ever tasted. Even their curry chips (which is not hard to make) tasted rotten. Chips were preheated and the sauce had a weird taste.

08/12/2023: There is no Thai red vegetable curry like it. Gorgeous always. Welcoming friendly staff.

28/12/2023: We get an occasional takeaway here as their sweet n sour, curry and spring rolls are superior to others in the town. Very quick, and consistent.

18/12/2023: Extremely poor food, I’m shocked that any restaurant would serve it. The spice bag consisted of chicken that was so hard I couldn’t even chew it, there were 4-5 of these tiny, thin pieces of dried chicken and the rest was chips that were not fresh and had barely any “seasoning” on them. The curry sauce was just disgusting. The food was so overpriced and all went straight in the bin. An absolute disgrace!

25/02/2024: Big school with big opportunities and amazing trips. This year they offered Paris trip for lucky 3rd year and not so lucky the 2nd year who didn't get to climb the Eiffel Tower or the Arc de Triomphe. Those attractions were cancelled for the 2nd year even though both were included in the programme and the parents had paid the full price. The visit to the Chateau de Versailles was also cancelled for the 2nd year. Apparently, the 2nd year head and the other guardians were tired and postponed the attractions to a different day which has never happened. Fake promises which led to huge disappointment. We, the 2nd year parents, require a full refund for the 4th day of the trip. And there's no possibility to comment on social media without being censored. When they don't like the comments they don’t bother to answer, simply block your account. Shame on you guys.

18/10/2023: I attenended this school for 2 years and 3 months, it was probably one of the worst experiences of my life. They tolerate bullying, treated me terribly and unfairly for no reason. The canteen was over priced. Many students (me included) were standing around alone or in toilet cubicles all break long. I was denied help and support from the school Councillor. I got home schooled 3 months into 3rd year as I couldn't handle being there anymore, I transferred in 5th year into a different school but I had to go there one last time to get my junior cert results and the principal gave me a dirty look. Many teachers there were unsupportive and some even rude. They could see me upset or alone and wouldn't even bat an eye. Teachers were commonly absent,some just couldn't teach.Definitely not worth the money. If you care about your child's well being don't send them to this school.

25/03/2024: this place was very good costumer service but unfortunately there was not a lot of crispy chicken in my so called “spice bag”

09/03/2024: My food was cold, shouting at my sister and cousins, was perfectly fine when he heard a male speak, food was very late

26/03/2024: Delighted to be able to find gluten free options,tasty sandwiches. The staff is rude,they are not wearing protective hats or gloves. The minute we sat down we were told we couldn't sit down there without ordering something from them(we were just thinking what to get),and we weren't the only ones with no food on our table. Staff should be trained properly.

15/02/2024: Subway has a great deal on sub and it's always fresh. The staff in the subway store are friendly and always understanding.

07/02/2024: My was my first time using this ginseng in navan town center have to say they haven't got a good selection of food

02/12/2023: Was aggressively screamed at by a woman with glasses who was working there because I couldn’t understand what another worker was asking me since she was mumbling and I have bad hearing (which I told her and apologised for). Could’ve just pointed at the sign (which was turned backwards so I couldn’t see it unless they turned it around) or spoken up a bit, no need to scream like that.

14/11/2023: I like their stuff but they don't answer phones and even online orders they seem to ignore, so I won't be ordering from here anymore. Shame.

14/10/2023: Not a great food or service today, Pizza was well over cooked some would say burnt. Ordered a meal with milkshake and he arrived without milkshake and said machine was broke, they never rang to ask did i want anything else so that was that person left without a drink shall i say. Bad customer service. When i said it to driver he just said wel i dont have no other drink to give you.
