13/08/2025: We have been great fans of Casanovas and Aprile's (Best in Ireland) for many years. We recently ordered on-line, from Casanova's, a Pizza & chips. On arrival, the order had not gone through the system and the staff (magic people as always) scrambled to rectify the situation ASAP. The Pizza was wonderful, but the chips! - they were made from very poor quality potatoes with worm holes and were black in areas with a musty bad-potato taste. We could not eat them. Supplier should be taken to task by Casanova's buyer. Must say now, in a quarter century of service, this is the first time we have had chips of this low quality - not bad eh? But if we don't say anything, then Casanova's won't be able to maintain this great service tradition.

31/07/2025: We had an incredible experience at Attico. The service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and genuinely warm from the moment we walked in. The food was just as impressive: fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, and full of rich, authentic Italian flavors with a modern twist. Every detail, from the ambiance to the wine selection, was spot on. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality Italian cuisine in a relaxed yet elegant setting. Will definitely be back!

11/05/2025: Service was very slow and not great attention. We were a large party which we booked for and we had to move some to another table because it was so crmped

13/08/2025: ¡Una comida realmente hermosa, definitivamente pedimos demasiado! El paté era el plato más agradable, solo la decepción era la tabla de queso, por casi 30 € la tabla de queso era escasa con una selección mínima de queso regular como solo cheddar y galletas saladas.

20/07/2025: They took myself and my girlfriend in as a walk-in and the service and food was amazing! Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a bit of everything, in the center of Kilkenny! Price was fair, and the food was great quality.

26/07/2025: Bière excellent et ambiance bonne comme les pubs irlandais. Les pâtes sont bonnes en revanche la pizza m’a été servi sur un plat métallique comme si elle avait été fait via une décongélation. Ça suinte la graisse.

14/07/2025: Very nice Italian restaurant, food was very tasty and of excellent quality. Service was attentive and friendly.

13/07/2025: Not a great experience. The mushrooms were stuffed with cheese and cooked in batter (very odd) - which was dark brown (oil needs changing) and were sodden with oil - not nice. The pasta was ok it but appeared to have been in the microwave to heat it up which is not really acceptable. Other half had calamari which was good and steak which was properly cooked. Unfortunately had to chase after 20 minutes for a Guinness and the white wine was not chilled properly. Service was poor and the waitress was totally disinterested. We eat out a lot and our expectations were not high but unfortunately pasta Bella failed to meet them. Will we return? I don’t think so.

26/06/2025: One of the nicer Spanish tapas places in Galway. Very nice small plates , but generous for the price. Tasty wines at reasonable prices

10/08/2025: Fui el sábado por la noche con mi madre y mi hermano. Muy mal Servicio también sobreprecio y la iluminación mala también muy ruidosa. me dejó muy decepcionado y no volveré

05/08/2025: service was poor and slow waited ages for food and when we received it some was cold ,server lacked experience and there was no supervision or management in we ordered the churros and the came under cooked and soggy very disappointing as they used to be a lovely place to eat wont be returning again
