25/04/2025: Omg you have to try the duck burger my hubby loved it and I had a sneak bite :) curry unreal also very filling onion rings on side lovely and crispy :)

05/04/2025: We visited Batch Loaf for Sunday lunch after a confirmation ceremony, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated with an elegant and cozy atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious – full of flavor, beautifully presented, and reasonably priced. We’ll definitely be coming back!

29/03/2025: Dishes were extremely flavourful from starters to desserts. Service was quick even though they were obviously a bit rushed due to the place being completely full. For anyone in town I would definitely recommend it.

07/04/2025: The evening started off good while we were greeted by one of their staff members, who cracked a few jokes to enlighten the mood, which was good. The issues we had however, were more than disappointing. After ordering our food, the time it took for one starter to be served to our table took an hour and a half! And just over 2 hours for the mains to come. The question was asked, why was it the case. Short staffed their reply was, but in a rude and rushed manner. I understand that this can happen but having no staff on stand by shows the lack of commitment. Especially giving it can be very busy. The chef could be heard shouting at the waitresses, which you could clearly see this massively affected their well being as well as their ability to serve. Therefore I would not recommend this place until staffing issues were corrected.

06/03/2025: Delightful, cute little cafe filled with curios and art to keep you looking and searching the entire room until your food arrives. When that happens there will be no conversation and you'll be fully focused on your meal. The staff are wonderful, the food is great and the atmosphere fantastic. I really recommend a visit as soon as you can!!

04/04/2025: Just had what I would describe as the best steak ever. 10oz sirloin and a 3oz fillet cooked medium and to perfection. If you’re in Monaghan you have to try and guaranteed you will not be disappointed. First class

27/01/2025: It's a shame to see such a grand restaurant so empty, because the food is top draw. The only thing I didn't like about the place was the music loop! Every time I've been in they've played the same song over and over again! It's ridiculous, and the guy just thinks it's hilarious when you point it out.
