22/03/2024: Today I ordered food then paid and then was asked to wait for my food in the parking spot, then recieved food but was wrong and missing food but had received ice cream first and it was melted by the time I got my food 🙃

19/03/2024: Today, I waited for three wraps for 13 minutes, despite being the ONLY ONE in line. Meanwhile, the café staff managed to have a good lunch. The restaurant director was simply walking around and not doing much. Two out of the three wraps were missing the double bacon I ordered. It ended up with me overpaying for the order. There were no apologies. Not recommended. Double-check your food.

04/04/2024: Very fresh made bread and rolls. The ladies behind the counter were very friendly. The porton size wasveey good

01/04/2024: Had the misfortune to visit here easter bankholiday Monday, ordered hot food had none left; this was at 3 ish, ordered 2 coffee's a pastry and toast paid and sat down to a dirty unclean table' so cleared table my self, need to use wc, to which the word filthy dosent describe adequately ' no hot water no hand washer bin overflowing with waste basically discusting, returned to table no sign of my order. Waited a while then asked at counter " to which I was told they had forgotton" then after aproximately 5 minutes my pastry and toast arrives with one coffee only then had to wait for other coffee, if I could give no stars I would , will never visit there again, pure kip.

12/02/2024: Waited 2 hours and got no food.

21/12/2023: The food is usually good me and my family order their regularly but this particular lady on call was rude today and made my food too salty and the chips were dry hence it wasn’t as enjoyable like the others I had in the past. It’s like she poured all of the salt on my dish, it’s crazy.

17/03/2024: We were there today after Patrick's day parade. Got couple of coffees which were tasty and pastries. All pastries apart from one were fresh and absolutely delicious. Love the fact that kids can run around and play at outside seating area. It was nice to sit outside and was not cold at all.

10/03/2024: Place says “open until 9pm” on Saturdays and Sundays. That must be a lie as no orders are accepted after 8pm those days. Why have opening hours online saying one thing then a different time at the store.

06/01/2024: Being nice with 3stars, food was at best OK, like how hard is it to make nice rice! Go elsewhere, left hungry after naked bowl.

25/03/2024: I absolutely hate leaving a bad review for any buisness but this review is ever so deserving. I ordered a family meal for 30euro 2 nights ago. My 4 Daughters were sitting down eating the pizza when one of my daughters started choking in front of me. I got her into the bathroom and after what seemed like a lifetime she coughed up a long narrow bone it actually broke while taking it out of her mouth. She managed to pull out half the bone and got sick and got the rest of the bone out into the toilet. I rang Apache pizza and told them what had happened and they told me they will send out another pizza. I told them I didn't want another pizza as we were completely turned off our meal and there was no way any of us was going to sit down to another pizza after our daughter choking and vomiting in front of us. I told them I would like my money back. They told me no they don't give refunds they would send another pizza and kept insisting on sending another pizza. I told him to come out and collect the food including the bone that I won't be accepting another pizza eventually he replied with we will give you 20% off your next meal!! Point blank refused to refund me my money and collect the barely eaten meal. I got nowhere with them. My Daughter wrote a complaint to the manager in the store which was ignored so she decided to call in. Again they argued with her for over a half hour saying they don't do refunds and we're extremely rude. It was only when my daughter said she was going to take it further that they whipped out half the price of the meal which was 15euro and threw it on the counter. They tried to say none of there food on the menu has bones in it which is not true. There attitude is absolutly appalling. I will include a picture of the piece of bone that she managed to pull out of her mouth before she threw up the rest. I don't know if it was a chicken bone or a fish bone. I would never have left this bad review if they didn't have such a bad attitude. Absolutely disgusting we will never order again!!! Plenty of nice places to eat in tullamore guys give this place a miss🤢🤢 Safe to Say we are turned off pizza for life 🤢🫣

27/01/2024: Absolute horrible food!! Everything arrived cold and very hard and watery. The staff were very rude on phone when I called to see how long my order would take. Was told 30mins. Took a hour and 15mins. Very over priced! No taste off the food. Don’t recommend

10/12/2023: I ate in this restaurant for more than 10 years . everything was always fine before yesterday's order did not add the most expensive product from this menu is King Prawns. always Order this dish and I was always understood and today I heard that I passed my daughter's English they do not understand . I have never been so humiliated by food . this was told to me by a Chinese woman who barely drags her tongue and cannot understand it herself. I`m never come back to This place anymore

01/04/2024: Great food, friendly and warm staff, great place to be in Tullamore if you in town. I highly recommend this place

13/01/2024: The employee doesn't know the new card. I basically had to tell her what was coming. I asked several times beforehand if she put caramelized onions on the Tuna Sandwich (Tuna Kahuna), which she confirmed and ended up with regular red onions on it. When I said that I wanted all the vegetables on it, she asked every other vegetable if THAT should be on it too. If I hadn't mentioned the jalapeños, I wouldn't have even gotten them. Gloves were not changed between serving the sandwich and using the cash register. The facility seems pretty dreary.

28/02/2024: I went to but a chicken kebab, the place looks dirty, the guy who was making the orders he shaked a customer hand and went to make my kebab without washing hands at all. I kept wondering if they sanitise their hands at all. Chips was very oily and taste like very old oil, was mushy and weird 🤮 I literally trow my money away because I couldn't eat just trow in the bin. Will never go back again, I advise them to start being more responsible with cleaning was their food can make people sick and it is extremely disgusting shaking hands and make food without washing hands or using gloves. I don't recommend

25/02/2024: Used to love ordering from here all the time and getting the large kebab meal - when it used to be a large kebab meal - now you just ask for one, pay for one and only get a regular kebab meal even if you ask for extra meat as I tend to now it's not added but charged for so I won't be bothering again, shame too because its my go too in the town for takeaways.
