The best restaurants in Kinnitty

11/01/2026: Lovely couple of hours spent in Giltraps Pub last night, Great Music and Atmosphere there, Staff very Efficient & Friendly, looking forward to returning again very soon for a night out. Other half said the Guinness was lovely, I had a mineral to begin with, being designated driver but was delighted to find my go to Non Alcoholic Drink was stocked. Thanks Eleanor & Crew

25/12/2025: Very warm/friendly welcoming village pub , the staff here are very efficient and always a smile on thier faces , the pub has a very traditional Irish pub feel , the toilets are very clean and usable , there are pool tables and a darts board . Food is served daily , mainly pizza and one other dish of chicken goujons/chips (not that exciting but fills a gap) the Guinness is excellent : cold, creamy and moorish as it should be . This pub is a great place to be and I thoroughly recommend it on a visit to beautiful Kinnitty .

10/01/2026: I am at loss for words for how gorgeous this place is. I did not want to leave! The staff were all very friendly and helpful the entire stay. I fell in love with the porridge at breakfast as well as the many places to walk on the grounds after. As soon as you arrive you feel as if you have gone back in time. I will definitely be returning to Kinnitty my next visit to Ireland.

09/01/2026: Enjoyed a nice afternoon visit just past Tullamore for afternoon tea. Nice period house.
