23/11/2025: Good amusement area for kids, plenty to keep them active

20/11/2025: Great facility, plenty of parking just outside the door. The lane was clean and in good condition, staff were friendly and prompt. Our visit included a child's birthday party which ran smoothly and was enjoying by all. The area was safe for children and easy to supervise on that particular day. Well worth a visit at least once per year!

22/08/2025: Doesn’t deserve custom from any self respecting person. My sister who tragically has MND was refused service and asked to leave due to her speech difficulties being assessed by owner and staff as slurring due to intoxication. The interaction was embarrassing and distressing. No one offered a calm, private assessment in fact when the staff member was told by my sister that she was ill and this was how her speech now was she was told -“no you’re full” Disgusting and discriminatory behaviour. The publican and the staff member in question should be ashamed of themselves. The incident occurred over 12 months ago and in that time my sister has lost her ability to speak and her condition is well known in our town and yet no apology has been forthcoming.

27/06/2025: We go here during the daytime with kids from the local special school to have lunch and involve the kids out in the community, for the last year they have been nothing but amazing and accommodating to us and the kids (plus the food is always delish) thank you so much for all ye do!!!

08/12/2025: The staff are extremely friendly, especially to people unfamiliar with Mexican food. The food itself is delicious, with a good variety of options. The portions are quite large, more than enough to leave you full. The atmosphere is lovely. The real standout is the patio area. Cozy and comfortable, with heating and plug sockets, the staff were more than comfortable with allowing guests to stay out, enjoy their food, and chat comfortably. Cannot recommend enough if you enjoy spicy food and are looking for a quiet place to stay and relax after a long day.

26/01/2026: Last week I ordered a €13 vol au vent dinner. It came with 1 vol eu vent case, 1? I may as well have ordered chicken nuggets and chips with some white sauce. Ya wouldn’t wanna be craving a vol au vent dinner cause ya won’t get one. Tasted grand though with chips

16/08/2025: Exceptional, quite the opposite of what can be said about British food, including a tarte tatin recipe!! Ultra reasonable price and quantity. Chute doesn't say it too loudly, otherwise it will be full next time, but really very very good for us, the French too.
