10/08/2026: More beige food, just what we needed.

30/07/2026: Went in around 4pm to get some chips, young girl behind counter lost her voice which can happen however while upon waiting for my food to be cooked. Herself and another colleague was hands on inappropriately touching each other during service. They was also kissing each other while cooking and preparing my food. Have to say I'm shocked a business would even allow that to happen during service luckily I was the only customer at the time and no children witnessed what I saw. Very unprofessional however the food was good and very hot. Due to what I witnessed I more than likely won't be back nor recommending this place to friends or family or even kids

01/04/2026: Very welcoming staff with good facilities, although tye rooms could do with a mirror and dressing table for the ladies. Located within a 3-5 minute walk to the centre of Tullamore.

10/06/2026: Great little spot but we found it understaffed and overly buisy. Older crowd inside the pub much younger crowd in the brilliant beer garden.now I would have to say it was a Sunday night of the bank holiday weekend.

16/05/2026: Tasty vegetarian breakfast (missing something though, maybe add halloumi?), but unfortunately I can’t say the same for the coffee. The smashed avocado (forgot to take a pic) was smothered in hollandaise sauce, which took away the flavour of the avocado. The service was great, the young girl who served us was very friendly and accommodating.

12/07/2026: Had tenders and chips, tenders very poor, tough, small a chewy. Chips Ok, not great. Service a bit slow for a take out

17/04/2026: This place came highly recommended by a friend so I had high expectations and it did not disappoint. I got classic burrito bowl and it was so delicious. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I was served by a lovely man who was very nice and accommodating. I will definitely be back time and time again.

30/07/2026: Went this morning, asked for an acai bowl, was told by the girl that they don't have acai base, then I chose mango for me and my colleague, then suddenly she has the acai base, there was a drizzle of peanut butter and no granola, which she had made me pay full price for the acai bowl but failed to mention the no granola part, I drove back around said to her that she forgot the granola, and said easily back to me 'Oh, sorry we don't have granola' which is just ridiculous

19/07/2026: When I'm with my son and his wife in Tullamore, I always try to include a visit to Chocolate Brown. The service is great, no matter how busy they get, the coffee is well above average and though other cafes serve similar cakes, sausage rolls etc, the quality of those from Chocolate Brown is higher ensuring a more satisfying eat. Overall the place delivers a great experience - superior to many a more pretentious and expensive city centre coffee shop / cafe.

31/07/2026: Ordered a spice bag from here the shredded chicken is like a rock almost tase likes it’s been reheated absolutely no taste what so ever from it has happened in the past.. worse spice bag in town 👎

09/07/2026: Absolutely lovely food presented so well it looked good and tasted even better so so nice .we were a Group of 6 staff were extremely attentive and friendly would highly recommend. All plates empty we had starters and main no delay on service even with the hot weather it was lovely and cool 10 out of 10 would recommend thanks again. Will return .

22/05/2026: Was staying in Tullamore with my mum and was looking for a Chinese restaurant to eat. Google gave us the recommendation of this restaurant and me and mum were very happy with the food and service.

20/06/2026: The people who work for Flynn's bakery are always so friendly and warm. I've loved their fresh cream buns all of my life. They still use dairy whipped cream, unsweetened as it should be, and are the real deal. Their sausage rolls are delicious, also the same ingredients for as long as I can remember. My family always enjoy their baked goods, generous Irish breakfasts and brown soda bread. Prices have remained reasonable. Whenever I'm home I go there several times a week as I'm grateful for their quality ingredients and tasty options. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile.

27/03/2026: Would not reccomend. Found human hair in black forest cake. Brought to attention of counter staff who gave refund though no follow up from manager despite being asked for my number.

07/02/2026: Stopped in for lunch (both coeliacs) and were both very impressed. Husband had the curry and I had the turkey and ham. The meals were hot, tasty and plentiful. Very impressed.

26/01/2026: Last week I ordered a €13 vol au vent dinner. It came with 1 vol eu vent case, 1? I may as well have ordered chicken nuggets and chips with some white sauce. Ya wouldn’t wanna be craving a vol au vent dinner cause ya won’t get one. Tasted grand though with chips
