21/05/2024: We recently attended the Osprey Hotel Herald and Devoy Restaurant for a family occasion. We booked the Confirmation menu for 18 people. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked. All my family were very impressed with the quality. The service was great and very friendly. Would definitely recommend for any occasion.

19/05/2024: I booked in about an hour in advance and on arrival the service was great initially! Got seated well and the woman who brought us was great, the waiter who’s name I do not know was also great as we ordered our food and drinks, we had no problem handing our ids to him but when a manager came back and interrogated us questioning whether we were actually the people in our ID’s which was quite insulting and then proceeded to interrogate his staff on whether we were actually ordering food or just drinking? Simply because we are young men does not mean we deserve the disrespect given to us when we arrive at the hotel after being incredibly polite to the staff and even booked in to eat food when we just wanted to get something to eat after we finished work? He continued to watch us as we got our food and made us feel quite uncomfortable as we just wanted a relaxing lunch, other than all of that the food was absolutely incredible and it was spot on other than that!

28/08/2024: Desperate service in the bar for food or drink , all staff were extremely poor Walked out after a 20 min wait for no service, who ever is managing the bar should be fired immediately. Left and went to Lawlors hotel where we received an excellent service and far better prices

25/08/2024: Myself and my wife had afternoon tea in the Pippin restaurant and it was a most enjoyable experience from start to finish.The staff were so professional and friendly in particular Ava and Sean who paid meticulous attention to our every need.From the time we entered until the time we left we enjoyed such a memorable day,Thank you so much.In my experience your staff and in particular Ava and Sean stood out head and shoulders above what you would expect,so what was I had thought would be an occasional afternoon tea turned into something very special........Hats off to you!
