04/08/2025: Just spent 2 nights here l wish I could give more stars for the service as it was exceptional, from housekeeping to management.

04/08/2025: Booked into for the Bank Holiday Sunday night for what was advertised as a restful night's stay,.200 for bed and breakfast. Our room was right beside a function room with music playing until after midnight. It was like sleeping in the room the DJ was in as the walls were so thin, even with earplugs. The staff knew of the function prior to our arrival and no forwarning. The staff gave us no solution to same. We wanted to rectify it as opposed to posting on Google. However, upon speaking to the manager the next morning, he defended the noise as it 'usually not being an issue as most guests are out enjoying themselves on a bank holiday' (a presumption) added by they 'didn't know there was a DJ until the week before' , we booked five days before our arrival. In our opinion the room shouldn't have had any guests to pay such rates for no sleep until 1am. An immediate apology as for the 200 euro we spent on the nights accommodation would have been much to expect. He apologised in the end and gave us 25% off. 150 for no sleep, we would have been better off at home. The photos have marketed the hotel beyond what it is, it's in need of an upgrade to justify its rates. Food mediocre, however the beef was good. The waitor from Portugal in the pottery restaurant was excellent at his job. We will not be coming back. Read all reviews before booking.

09/07/2025: 1st time visitor to here & it was awesome. Service was excellent, Crêpes delicious & the coffee amazing.

07/07/2025: Stopped by for a quick coffee, lovely little place, staff very friendly, and the Flatwhite was really good.
