From the moment we walked in, we were met with a warmth that set the tone for the entire evening. Despite the bustling crowd, we were greeted with a genuine smile and quickly accommodated. The server, with a friendly efficiency, took our names and offered us the choice to wait comfortably by the bar or the glass window as they prepared our table. This small gesture of consideration immediately made us feel valued.
Once seated, we were given menus and the daily special was expertly described. While our initial round of soft drinks lacked a bit of fizz, the staff's response was nothing short of brilliant. Without a moment's hesitation, they offered to replace them, giving us the option to either get fresh ones or try something new. This level of attentiveness is a true testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Then came the main course. The food arrived piping hot, and the portion sizes were incredibly generous. Every single bite was a delight, cooked to absolute perfection. It was a proper hearty meal, and although we were completely stuffed, we simply couldn't leave a single morsel behind.
The entire experience, from start to finish, was exceptional. Manager Joanne and her team deserve all the praise in the world. They were professional yet genuinely friendly, creating a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere. When you combine that with the extremely reasonable prices, you have a truly unbeatable dining experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Brogan's to anyone looking for a delicious, hearty meal served with excellent customer service. It's the kind of place that leaves you looking forward to your next visit.

05/09/2025: These are incredibly breathtaking cliffs in Ireland, definitely worth a visit. You should always wear sturdy shoes and appropriate clothing, as the weather can change quickly; however, we were lucky it was dry. You should plan plenty of time, as there's always something to see, depending on the season.

03/05/2025: Came by this pub by off chance when me and my mate were doing a tour of west coast of Ireland.
Coming in early evening we were only intending to stay for a couple but Christine the landlady her partner Mike and Martin one of the regulars made us feel so welcome we ended staying a bit longer and leaving in the early hours, with Martins wife giving us a lift back to our camper van
Loved it so much was really tempted to come back for the jazz festival in the village at the end of May but unable to due to work commitments. I do know if you decide to visit you will made to feel very welcome.

11/08/2025: Service is very, very slow. My friend didn't drink his orange juice because it tasted funny. I loved my iced chocolate though. The cabinet food didn't look appealing to my friend and I, so we didn't order. We noticed someone observing us intently and following us in a hurry when we left. I think we attract suspicious unwanted attention !!!

18/08/2025: Stopped off here today about 4.30 and ordered salmon and then three other customers came and sat at table beside us. They waited a while and then asked could they order food the waiter told them to wait while he cleaned a table which I thought strange and then he disappeared didn’t return to them and they walked out. We waited 30 mins for our food. When it came cold lumpy potatoes and salmon, peas and turnip which was cold. And served with tartare sauce very strange … I ate it because I was starving but for the cost never again. I have no issue with paying for good food and service but this is not the place to go for it.

11/08/2025: My wife and I are on our honeymoon touring around Ireland, and has originally booked with Queens hotel for our night in Ennis. We arrived a bit early as we drove in from Dingle. First a foremost,the only parking available is in a paid parking lot across the street to which you can only pay for three hours at a time. We walked into the hotel and the lady at reception came off quite rude. We asked if we could possibly check in early to which she said they only accept check in at 4, which is fair enough. She did not offer any sort of luggage storage or anything. I then asked about parking and if their is an alternative as I don't want to have to run out every 3 hours to pay for parking. She said that's all that is available. I asked about overnight parking as I don't want to have to get up constantly to go pay for more parking, to which she said "well that's what we all do so". Horrible customer service, to which my wife felt sick from the whole experience. We ended up booking a last minute room at Treacy's to which we were met with outstanding service, so much sir hat they upgraded us to the honeymoon suite at no charge. The whole experience was very upsetting, thankfully Treacy's saved the day for us.
09/08/2025: Room was small, but clean. Looked newly renovated. Bed wasnt comfortable. View from window was very bad. Very noisy, large vent/generator outside the window. Bathroom very nice. Breakfast nice but no buffet.

29/10/2024: I have always liked going to this place as it seems a little more up market than the usual Shannon Industrial places you go to eat lunch. Today I was not happy. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich, waitress asked what salad do you want and I said whatever salad is available except egg.. it was a pretty clear instruction. we were the only ones there at the time as it was just turned 12pm. What I got was a toasted ham cheese and onion sandwich! not even close to chicken. I told the waitress straight away and not even a "sorry our mistake" was uttered. she then went about ordering the sandwich again and from the distance she called over and said "do you want lettuce" I said yes please, I want white bread, no butter, and what ever salad is available with chicken as long as there is no egg.. I sat and waited until 12.26 and had to actually go ask the waitress to see if my sandwich was ready as I had not been waiting almost half an hour. she slowly walked off to the kitchen and came out with it straight away.. again it was not what I ordered, I got a dry chicken and lettuce sandwich which I was now forced to eat as I was already running late to return back to work. When I complained as I was paying she said "its a make you own sandwich, you have to pick what you want in it" to which I told her I DID PICK WHAT I WANTED .. "I asked for a chicken salad sandwich, when you asked what salad I said all of the salad whatever is available" ... again I didnt get a sorry or any kind of reply just !do you want your receipt".. I wont be eating there again if you cant even get a chicken salad sandwich right! ... I must add, I have ordered this before and it came out quickly and perfect, todays issue was with the waitress who ordered it wrong twice..
