Village Park
Dublin
06/07/2024: I asked for a hazelnut Frappuccino with no whip cream, had a caramel Frappuccino with cream on it. They were 4 staff being the counter at 8pm it wasn’t buse. Table were dirty, staff was just talking to each other. When I left I asked for direction, the person just told me to google it.
19/05/2024: It’s a nice place but it won’t open at its usual times when there is a concert on in the 3 arena which is really annoying. They won’t open till late in the afternoon.

Cafe Sol Mater Hospital
Dublin
21/02/2024: Terrible cafe! Ordered a coffee at cafe sol in the Ilac centre today and received the worst service possible. Firstly, the staff forgot my order twice and asked me to repeat it. After waiting a ridiculous amount of time I was served the wrong coffee. When I told the staff this they completely ignored me and the cashier continued to ask me to pay for it!!! After repeating several times that I had ordered a cappuccino and not a laté , the cashier was extremely rude and told me that they are the same thing and that she could make a cappuccino for me if “I want” but “they are the same”. Meanwhile, the staff making the coffee just stared blankly at me knowing they had made a mistake. None of the staff apologised and I am appalled that they didn’t acknowledge that they had made the wrong coffee even after me telling them several times. I took the wrong coffee in the end and it wasn’t even that nice(sure it wasn’t what I had ordered) even though I paid for it. Won’t be returning! Do not recommend.

Grain & Grill
Dublin
01/10/2024: I went for lunch with a group of friends and the service from Jennifer and Steph was top class. The food was delicious and the restaurant was extremely clean. Jennifer's great sense of humour made the whole dining experience even better. We will definitely be back!

Doyle's of College Street
Dublin
24/08/2024: We came here for a Tuesday night at Ruby Sessions. They only have the entertainment on Tuesdays. This is where a lot of musicians get their start. We lined up outside waiting for the doors to open. We had to go upstairs for the session. We had no idea how small the venue was. To say we were crammed in was an understatement, if you were in the back you had to be or 7 ft tall to see the stage. If there was a fire no way would people have been able to get out.
22/06/2024: 7.40 euro for a Guinness is criminal. I understand (but don't condone) ripping tourists off in a place like Temple Bar but this is a student bar normally and it easily the second most expensive pint in Dublin.
