12/05/2025: Not sure what makes this a 4-star hotel. The stay was just like any other average chain hotel.
11/05/2025: Had booked a room at Claregalway hotel for weekend for family celebration nearby.
Unfortunately got a call the night before to say the hotel had a plumbing incident and had to cancel our booking but would try to get us another hotel nearby . Rachel on reception was very helpful and rebooked us into another hotel 15mins away .She also was very friendly and supportive. And rang us the next day to make sure we were ok and arranged for the hotel to give us a free bottle of wine . Thanks again for all your help. Much appreciated.
