15/12/2024: Called for the first time today to make an order for collection, as ordering I did find the woman on the phone extremely rude! I called back 5 minutes later to add a small portion of chicken balls and I was absolutely disgusted with how this woman responded. "I'm not being funny or smart with you but I'm running 3 phones and I can't cope" is what I got!! Safe to say they were told to keep there food and call ended! Don't have 3 phones if you cannot keep up with the demand! Losing first time customers isn't great for your reputation!!!

08/12/2024: The food is great and well served portion, price is fair but the CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE HORRIBLE. They are very busy and dont have enough staff taking the orders.. the people who works dont have the knowledge about the menu and dont know give any recommendations, they also while talking with you, they answer another 2,3 calls in the same time and don’t know with who talk first, plus answering the customer at the desk. The management should look after the front staff hiring someone else for they don’t work in much horrible rush serving the customer better, not shouting on the phone call. The another very negative point is, payments ONLY IN CASH, awful
