25/02/2025: Went here on a stag few years back I booked a table for us all.. I walked ahead of the group walked straight in but the group was stopped because 1 of the lads was a traveller n said bar was full even tho it wasn’t wouldn’t recommend at all

07/03/2025: I recently went for a business dinner with my partner and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered ham, bacon, and cabbage, expecting it to be served with a traditional white sauce. Instead, it was covered in a gray sauce, and I was never asked if this was okay. When I requested a change, they refused, saying they couldn’t replace it because I had already touched the dish—even the second chef and the server refused to help.
The service was unprofessional, and the staff showed no interest in making things right. The restaurant was completely empty, including the bar and lounge, which speaks volumes. Rather than argue, we just paid the €44 bill and left. Given this poor experience, I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. It’s no surprise the place is up for sale. Stay well clear!

26/08/2024: Really well made food, tasted absolutely delicious. Staff couldn't do enough for us and the Mancunian front of house was so friendly. The toilets left a lot to be desired but the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff overshone any negatives.
26/07/2024: My 2 friends and I were Very, Very disappointed with our stay here. We were give a price by email
two weeks before. On our checking in
we were charged over and above the price given. €90 each with out breakfast. On questioning the cost it was reduced to €73 although some of our group were charged the lesser price of €60 all for the same accommodation. The bedroom had no electrical plugs only a double adaptor. The bathroom has not been updated I'm sure from the 80's. We will not be back.
