21/10/2024: Fantastic spot right near center of town. We went in before a night at the Spiegeltent which is only few mins walk away. Food was excellent ( had the lamp shank and was perfect ) great wine selection. We had great service and fun with the waiter, Paul. Excellent value, definitely be back.

17/10/2024: I have enjoyed so many lunches and dinners here and never been disappointed. Had my birthday dinner there and I'm still thinking about it. Food was superb. Lovely wines. Excellent professional but friendly service. Simply wonderful

19/10/2024: One of our favourite places to eat out at, but this time we were disappointed with one of the main dishes. We had the duck pate to start with, which was delicious. Our mains were two burgers with bacon and cheese and a haddock deep fried in bread crumbs with chips and peas. We had chips and salad with the burgers. The burgers were very good but the fish must have been sitting around while the burgers were being cooked, as it was greasy and chewy. It is a shame, because this is the first time that we have had a less than good meal at Mannions. We did mention it to the staff when we were paying and they did offer a discount but as my husband had eaten the fish, we paid the full price. With New Ross being so close to the sea and fish readily available it was a shame that this dish was not treated with respect. Will eat there again but maybe not have the fish.

16/10/2024: Atmospheric pub for the afternoon. Went for the Wi-Fi and enjoyed the no alcohol beers. Good bunch of people.

12/08/2024: Very nice pub for grabbing a beer, have some chat and listen music. They do not serve food, but great beers.

07/11/2024: No dogs allowed. Mmm. What is it in Ireland with dogs? We are from the Netherlands and not used to this. Please explain why it is not common in Ireland to take your dig with you.

20/10/2024: Great food. Good value. Friendly staff. Now with outdoor seating for the good weather.

08/10/2024: Lovely place for a meal, food and service excellent. Have tried Clock Ban numerous times, never disappointed.👍

12/07/2024: Compliments to the chef on the nicest soup seasoned to perfection! Great little spot to stop off between Enniscorthy and new ross . A lot of dinner options were available but we asked if we could have a something light and we had a toasted sandwich and soup . The pub was spotless clean and you could see the staff all enjoyed working with each other.
