23/02/2026: We were passing through the area around lunchtime and decided to stop by for something to eat. We noticed this place on the street and thought we'd give it a try.
At first glance, it seemed quite old-fashioned in style. We took a seat and spoke with the staff who were lovely.
The food was fantastic, there were quite a few locals dining in there as well—always a good sign—and the value for money was excellent.
I’ll definitely go back if I pass through the area again, as the quality was top-notch. As I mentioned, it might not look like much from the outside, but once you sit down and have a meal, it’s a real hidden gem.

02/03/2026: Tourists who don’t have apache back home. Bit dubious due to reviews but ordered for delivery. Pizza was very good - similar to dominos amd arrived quickly and hot.

14/12/2025: I recently ordered for a collection last night I ordered outside online because I wasn't sure what to order just yet for 2 people as I waited for a good 20 minutes I look at the phone again to say it will be ready to collect at 3.45pm I asked the owner and he explained to me that it was done on the just eat app so he couldn't do anything about it the staff name was Omar I then stupidly asked is it OK to order a pizza or are they closed and he says sure what do you want I was intoxicated at the time but wouldn't you think he could give me my order that I asked for I was a loyal costumer they made some mistakes like this before but nothing this big.
11/10/2025: Got delivery of the Don Kebab pizza from apache youghal. Fast delivery but looks noting like the advertised pizza .. probably only 5 pieces of doner kebab on it... Still tasty but nowhere near as advertised

18/12/2025: Used always get Apache until tonight they told me they don't deliver to my address as its outside their 11km radius when my address is exactly 11km. The girl on the phone sent the driver to the wrong address and then rang me back 40 minutes later saying they can't deliver

20/10/2024: I was very impressed with the pizza here last night! It was delicious. Proper wood fired oven and pizza made from scratch. Will be back. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Sean Rua's Seafood Restaurant and Pizzeria
24/04/2025: I sometimes dream of Neil's delicious chowder and the brown bread with it. My daughter and I were at the shop multiple times a day, eating, reading, looking at the harbor and playing with the dogs. The heart of the island for sure.
