07/08/2024: bring back Addy my bro, about a year and a half ago the pizza was fire but now its just not good anymore, delivery takes way too long and pizza was cold when it got here and was just not nice in general :(

29/10/2024: We made an order of 2 pizzas. Both were meant to be delivered at 7:20. But when the delivery driver came we only got one. He then proceeded to get in his car and drive off. When we called to see what was going on, we were hung up on multiple times and we were called liars. We just want our pizza or a refund. We are really upset due to being called liars by the whole staff and shouted at by the managers at Apache Lucan.

10/09/2024: This place is an absolute joke! We paid online for our delivery including our delivery price and they rang requesting more money for delivery driver when he pulled up outside. It's an absolute disgrace to be charged already for delivery and demanding over the phone/in person for more money.. Would not recommend.
20/08/2024: Appalling customer service, accusing me and my boyfriend of threatening the driver who delivered our food, when I asked for the driver to be contacted he declined ,the staff behind the phone who claimed to be "The manager" continued with his rudeness and proceeded to say he was calling the guards on us. When I disagreed he then continued to be smart and say "I'm busy talk to ye later" and hung up iv ordered for delivery as a late night snack, as we do most nights without any problems. The staff tonight were unprofessional unpleasant with no manners at all. Disgusting way to treat customers.

06/10/2024: One of the worst spots in Dublin the staff are incredibly rude. The kind of people who if laziness was a sport this would be a five star review.
They don’t want to be there, can’t blame em really. To add, the music is abysmal. Sweet suffering Jesus.
Molly and her brother, what did we do to deserve this. Couldn’t hold a tune in a bucket and the brother and his culchie/ Dublin comparisons. 🙄. then he whipped out the harmonica and a dip into an erupting volcano sounded better than listening to this ear bleed.
As the barman said after a 32 minute wait, (decided to time it after I hadn’t been served for ages, for something to do)
“I’d rather crap in me hands and clap” than be here.
He and I both.
Anyway out of respect I wont post the photo of the barman
Moral of the story, there’s a reason it’s the spot for a quick pint. Never anyone in it.
On a serious note, a simple please and thank you or a smile from staff wouldn’t go a miss. Or you know…just served within the hour would also suffice.
09/09/2024: We came here to play darts. After paying €40 online for an hour, we realized that the machine was not calibrated properly. Triple 5 counts 60 and various other discrepancies. We then had to stop the game because the manager pulled the plug. But we didn't get our money back. We were told that we had booked online and would have to get the money back online. But there was no feedback from the online site.
