02/03/2024: I landed on Monday and went to meet up with my friend that was already here. The food was delicious and the Guinness was amazing. The open mic was amazing and gave the pub an extremely homely atmosphere. Ronan was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

02/04/2024: Been a regular customer for a while now, however they started messing up with pizzas, every time I order the receipt shows fine, but making goes wrong with different toppings. I called to report and manage spoke rudely! Disappointed, avoid!

27/11/2023: I’ve always been a big fan of Firehouse, in fact it was my favourite delivery pizza. Hopefully just a bad day at the office, but I ordered two pizzas from them today, when both arrived they were soggy and over doughy. No crispness or firmness to the base at all, and it made for a very unpleasant eating experience. Overly chewy and soft

11/11/2023: Great pizza toppings. Fantastic crust. Difficult to order online without Irish phone number. Couldn’t find a phone number on their site or Google maps. An option I wanted from the online menu wasn’t available when I showed up. I wanted a BBQ chicken pizza but got a pesto chicken instead. Great deal for a meal for one option on the menu.

01/04/2024: The people look nice and the food must be nice because it is busy.
The thing is that it was disgusting touching the pita bread with their hands and at the same time touching money and other stuff…
It is unacceptable in 2024 no using gloves or at least touch the pita bread to a paper but not with the hands…
I saw that and I couldn’t eat it… Just wasted 9.19€

19/03/2024: Ordered with Deliveroo never arrived and no they don’t answer. They don’t use tracking system on Deliveroo so they pretend they are delivering orders and just steal money. I had orders several times but stealing money like this is too much. I even called the restaurant and told them I was a recurring customer they said they couldn’t care less. Great customer service

24/03/2024: Ordered a portion of onion rings for €3 and got 2 onion rings. Also have a card minimum, which I’m pretty sure isn’t legal. Absolute joke.

08/11/2023: I don't order take away pizza often. But when I do Shovelhead is the place for me. One of the best ones in Dublin and really interesting flavour combinations too.
03/08/2023: Really nice pizza but they are a little stingy when it comes to the toppings. I paid extra for pineapple and they literally put one piece of pineapple on each slice. Two a slice would have been reasonable. Minus 1 star for the stinginess.

19/03/2024: Vile. Meat was hard. Garlic sauce runny with no taste. Chips tasted like they'd been there from the night before. Curry sauce was cheap store bought mcdonalds curry sauce. All went in the bin. Waste of 40 euro
