24/08/2025: The person at the payment counter was inexperienced in taking the order and asked us to order online instead.
We had to order online for collection with the unnecessary transactions fee to get the same order which could have been easily ordered at the counter.
Have been here thrice earlier and the usual person has no problem with the same order where as today (24 August), the new person had no idea how to take the same order.
Pretty disappointed with the service and the pizza was also not so good compared to the previous times.
24/08/2025: I ordered on deliveroo, they delivered it themselves. It arrived really fast, driver was really nice and even got a free brownie :) I had meal deal for 1 (Buffalo pizza, really good for its value.

We spent 40 euro on food we couldn’t even eat because the delivery driver spilled our milkshakes all over our pizza.
Deliveroo refunded us thank god, but we’ll never order from here again

13/08/2025: Food was respectable, got a curry chips amd would get again. However this business really fell off with the customer service aspect, the staff were extremely rude and impatient. After waiting 20 minutes for a pizza i found out that they decided not to make it as i wasnt in the restaurant (they suggested that we leave as they were busy). Not recommend.oreo milkshake was like a block of ice.

11/05/2025: Estábamos en Sandymount acogedor en busca de la cena y casi se pierde este lugar local - es bastante tranquilo y discreto desde el exterior. Por suerte, decidimos entrar y pedir una mesa.
En el interior, el lugar tiene un ambiente cálido y único con mucho carácter. El personal era muy amable, y la cocina abierta con un horno de pizza visible añade una gran sensación de transparencia y autenticidad.
Comimos mejillones en una deliciosa salsa de vino blanco, seguido de dos platos de pasta diferentes, ambos estaban muy buenos. Disfrutamos de la comida con una copa de vino tinto, una noche perfecta.

23/08/2025: Ordered a delivery an it was cancelled because of a concert saying road is blocked but it’s not google maps is saying it’s 10mins drive from us never in my life heard the likes of this before and they owe us food that we got charged for a never received!! Joke
10/08/2025: We had dinner here. There's no place to sit, so you have to stand to eat. The pizzas are delicious and worth the wait. The prices are reasonable.

I will not be ordering from here again as it was my first time. I will be sticking with the other chippers as I have never dealt with anything like this in my life absolute joke
