03/11/2024: We had an amazing lunch at this Thai restaurant in Dalkey while visiting from France! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of authentic flavors. The owner was so friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better. Perfect spot for a tasty, relaxing meal—highly recommend if you’re in Dalkey!
29/10/2024: What a wonderful place. The staff were welcoming, polite and friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed. The food was amazing from the first bite to the last and their own beer was delicious. We will definitely be back.

01/09/2024: If you are looking for a decent Italian espresso and a coffee that is more on the bitter side than acidic, this is your place to go! We enjoyed ours.
12/08/2024: Delight there was something gluten free to eat. Can I ask that you cover the cakes and add a separate tongs. Then there is better chance to minimise cross contamination. Maybe add a bit of training of staff needed to minimise they cross contaminating.
Sorry for these demand from a coeliac.

The Seafood Cafe

02/11/2024: Nice fish, good atmosphere. Would recommend prices are a bit expensive . Had the gambas for main course and they were lovely, one issue could have removed stomach issues when they butterflied them. Also would have been nice to have some bread to mop up nice sauce
Service charge automatically included which would not expect for a party of 2 people.
17/10/2024: We went here on a cold night, and ordered like half the menu. Everything was absolutely delicious. Every dish was packed with flavor and cooked with love by Lucas.
A few nights later, we also went to the highly rated Matt the Thresher seafood restaurant, and was totally disappointed (see my separate review).
Seafood Cafe was so good, that we went back again the day after Matt the Thresher for lunch. They also have a lunch special menu. Again, every dish was absolutely delicious and freshly cooked to order. Prices were also very reasonable, and worth every penny.
Recommend reservations.
If you love seafood, this is a must visit

24/08/2024: A friend recommended the Fish Shop and I am so glad we went. Absolutely, hands down the best fish and chips we have ever had. Reservations are a must and limited to 90 minutes (plenty of time). There are 15 seats at several bar structures. The service was impeccable, interactions with other guests and servers lots of fun, the food delicious (crab on toast, haddock and chips and a salad), the wine selection was great (no beer or alcohol). We wanted to go back before leaving Dublin but the timing didn't work out. We will keep this on our must visit again list for sure. You won't be sorry!!
24/08/2024: This is a wonderful experience. It is a small restaurant and wine bar. The food was excellent, service suburb, and very reasonably priced. Well worth searching it out. Recommend making a reservation as it is small with limited seating.
