21/07/2023: Poor quality food. We bought a lot for a small party. A large portion was thrown in bin. There are better oriental restaurants in the area.

16/09/2023: On the way home from a little road trip with my husband we held out on eating until we got to the what we thought was an unreal place to eat, the charcoal grill ! Went in staff lovely, good menu, food arrived looked good, Well let me tell you If I could give 0 stars I’m afraid I would, it’s 05:45 am I awoke earlier to the most horrendous pains in my belly and I’m having THE WORST FOOD POISONING in my life! Although the staff were lovely and the chicken tenders were delightful to eat, they got me I was fooled I can now see said chicken tenders along with the quarter pounder I had and it’s not as pleasant as to when we previously met !sitting here thinking of all the other brave soldiers I seen walk in, order and leave with their hopeful delicious meal and wondering are we all in the same boat tonight ! 🤮🤮🤮🤮 it says add photos but I do not think you good people want to see the inside of my bathroom 🚽 Super charcoal grill …. You are not so super I’m afraid ! 😒

31/03/2024: Nice little place. I love Tuks food. It always tastes great, fast service and presentation is good. The place itself i feel is not presented very well, but the food is excellent so easily outweighs everything else. I'd highly recommend Tuks food. Whoevers in the kitchen is doing a great job. If management put a little more into the sit-in side of it. I feel it would be out the door busy.

01/01/2024: Super frustrated with this place. I ordered a large to-go order, they failed to follow the simple instructions I provided on Deliveroo nor did they inform me they were “on the way” or attempting a delivery, it just sat as “Tuk is preparing your order”. They didn’t try to leave it with the front desk (I was visiting in town and at a hotel), they took the food back and called it a day. After 1.5 hours I called and apparently it’s my fault they couldn’t follow simple instructions or leave me my food and their solution was I could get my cold food 2 hours late. I didn’t pay all that money for cold and late food and of course I can’t get a refund. Thanks for the well below average customer service. Thankfully I found a much better place, Pho Kims, 10/10 recommend going there

19/02/2024: The Japanese menu is lovely! Only place in Naas that offers Bento Boxes and Ramen, at a good price and quality.

03/01/2024: Worst spice bag ever Everything was wet, Soggy chips, hardly any chicken

30/11/2023: Usually great food but the vegetable spice bag was awful. The chips were soggy and there was no tofu even though it was advertised as having some. The veg was also random. Boiled carrots and broccoli doesn't suit for a spice bag, it's meant to be dry and crispy not soggy.

09/03/2024: Avoid at all costs. After over one hour waiting on an order we decided to leave hungry. Many others were still there waiting for their food with no indication of when it might arrive. Honestly the strangest Chinese takeaway I have been to ever.

17/12/2023: A disaster...waited 2 hours for our order which they got wrong AGAIN ..won't see me outside the door in the rain 🌧 waiting like a fool again.
