14/09/2024: Sold us gift vouchers day before they closed permanently, never told us yet took our money , absolutely disgraceful behaviour shame on owner . Closed without any information and hasn’t reopened, tried using vouchers in their other establishments but they won’t accept them Con artists at the finest

10/03/2025: Staff members Aoife and Megan are always very helpful to my colleagues and myself, they go above and beyond for take away and dine in experiences. They make the best coffees in town it’s a very friendly atmosphere, very professional and great sandwiches :)

18/07/2025: The food and milkshakes are sooo delicious and the staff are so kind and seat you right away. The decorations and the inside is so vintage I love the food and this place. Definitely coming back!

03/01/2026: Ordered a spice bag from here a few years back and in the middle of it I found some already chewed chewing gum and when I complained the owner shouted at me on the phone not believing me and now to this day will refuse to deliver to my address, even to different family members. Very unfair behaviour for something that was completely their fault.

19/08/2026: Sure be to the Jaysus it be hard to find a pub with more craic in it than this little gem in clonmel. No matter the time or day you”ll always find characters in this pub spilling out jokes & tales you’d be afraid to believe. My cousin Christie says it’s his favourite pub in the whole wild world and does be be counting down the minutes to the next Celtic match so his mammy lets him skip down the town for another filling of Clonmel champagne. How simple life can be sometimes. Can’t wait to visit again !! Thanks Pollards!!!
