04/08/2025: Food is okay but not blown away by it. Service is okay but waitress wasn't very accommodating and a little irked at any kind of questions or details. Atmosphere was good in front bar with locals treated much better than outsiders.
31/07/2025: Food is delicious .. its a dinner menu , but so devine and your doggy friend is welcomed with open arms

30/07/2025: The food was very poor and over priced would not recommend. Had Fish and chips when served the chips were skinny fries and the fish was mush in hard batter.👎

It's has been a long time since iv been home but can't wait to come and try you new manu looks amazing..I'll aways remember my time there .believe it or not but one of the most important part of me being and contuing my career has a chef .thanks chef and to your amazing family..

25/04/2025: Absolute peach of a pub. Lovely people, lovely fresh local food. Reasonable prices. Only downer is that it’s difficult to park. But worth trying!!
08/02/2025: Great food in a beautiful oldstyle pub, welcoming, friendly staff and locals and a blazing fire on a cold day.
The chowder was delicious as was the brown bread and the calamari and prawns were as good as I have ever had.
