03/11/2024: Lovely spot for a Sunday lunch. Nice staff.
30/09/2024: A short drive from Athlone and well worth it. Busy pub with varied dishes and blackboard specials. Maybe not as much seafood as I had expected but still something for everyone. The Fjord mussels were delicious though.
As I was driving I tried the 0% red wine but not a success. Will stick to soft drinks in the future.

04/01/2025: The wait staff has always been very accommodating and helpful. However, the owner was incredibly rude and insulting. On top of that she spilled water all over our table due to over reaching and then took the napkins from our flatware instead of getting a towel to tidy up. Her behavior was deplorable. I would always make a point to visit during our trips to the area, however this visit will be the last.
10/12/2024: The food was very tasty.
Girls serving were pleasant. Older lady with glasses behind the bar was very ignorant and rude. Never asked if all was OK had we enjoyed it. Nothing. She literally snatched the money out of our hands. It's a shame because food is good

04/09/2024: Service was excellent and so was the food will be back we had the roast pork and I got to take some home to the dogs as just was not able to finish it . A blonde lady seemed to be organising the whole place and she was doing a mighty job
18/08/2024: Great pub for a family lunch. My kids loved it. The food is delicious and reasonably priced and the rugby memorabilia on the back corridor worth paying a visit for.
