11/07/2025: The food at this pub is exceptionally good! We had the pan-fried sea bass fillet. Crispy skin and very flavorful with Asian spices, but not overly spicy, served with stir-fried vegetables and a delicious homemade chutney. And the staff, like almost everywhere in Ireland, are very friendly and efficient. I would easily make a detour for this pub.
04/07/2025: A place we stumbled upon by chance and highly recommend. Excellent food, from the macaroni to the carbonara with bacon, the lamb, and the fish—everything delicious. A pleasant surprise.

02/07/2025: Long time since iv been there but what i remember about the food was amazing. And can't wait to come back and try the manu. Best wishes chef. It's was a amazing experience and helped me has a chef..went forget my time there.thanks
01/07/2025: Very busy and service very slow. One kid at out table was really hungry. No errord made to accommodate her. Ie bring her food out first. It was grand for the occasion as a once off. I wouldn't go back.

25/04/2025: Absolute peach of a pub. Lovely people, lovely fresh local food. Reasonable prices. Only downer is that it’s difficult to park. But worth trying!!
08/02/2025: Great food in a beautiful oldstyle pub, welcoming, friendly staff and locals and a blazing fire on a cold day.
The chowder was delicious as was the brown bread and the calamari and prawns were as good as I have ever had.
