09/10/2024: Just had a lovely vegetarian breakfast and my friend had a gorgeous bruchetta with olives and cheese and tomatoes here food was excellent service was quick friendly and helpful will definitely be back . Coffee was lovely too .

06/10/2024: Host went out of her way to accommodate me at a very late hour. Food was good. But a special mention for the host she was wonderful

15/09/2024: Came in here at 12.10 and asked for a breakfast, was told breakfast finished at 12. Which is fine, rules are rules but don’t find it very customer focused! Ordered a sandwich which stated it had an egg on it. When ordering I asked if it had mayo, it had egg mayo. I asked could I not have egg mayo and just cook an egg to put on it. This request was very oddly denied. Seems bizarre that a kitchen couldn’t cook an egg. Service leaves a lot to be desired! A pity as I’ve had good experiences here in the past!

08/10/2024: Absolutely deserves 5 stars and more! The service was exceptional, greeted with a friendly smile, checked on throughout the meal and just overall so lovely. Food was amazing - extra hot and gorgeous couldn’t complain about anything! Myself and my husband are food critics! Honestly the best pub food we have had!!

12/11/2024: I was literally about to give them 5 out of 5 but I rang for room service and the girl told me we cant bring steak to the room. Chickens aloud but not steak. Jesus They brought the steak to the room so changed my rating. It is a great hotel

10/11/2024: Pillow was very uncomfortable. Woke up with a very bad neck pain. Very loud banging throughout the night.

28/10/2024: Food was excellent but lift not working and older people had to climb up three floors. Shocking. Able to use leisure centre, pay on arrival, but not as promised by hotel refunded with money, but voucher to spend in bar. Absolute con.

27/10/2024: Only reason I scored it 4 overall was price. Found it expensive for what it was. Food was really tasty ambience was excellent, lovely girls doing the service but a bit expensive.
