31/05/2025: It's the 1st time in SO long that I've been in a place with young servers who were as polite, considerate, paying attention to customers needs and seemed to be enjoying their work. There were at least 4 young girls in late teens to 20's and that alone would bring me back.
The food was great too and my 3 kids polished it off despite having bird appetites. Great selection on the menu too. This place has it right, well done to the staff - it was a lovely change to the disinterested youth that have become so prevalent.
11/05/2025: Call in for lunch. Wow π π the decor is amazing, and the staff is friendly and helpful and, most importantly, the food delicious and plenty of it . We couldn't finish ours. Keep up the great work we will be back π πͺ π

19/05/2025: Lovely find, charming decor, staff genuine and helpful. We had a simple brunch, BLT, cheese omelette and coffees. Very enjoyable. Gluten free well accommodated.
16/05/2025: Fantastic Service. Delicious Coffee and great atmosphere. Anastasia was extremely helpful. Definitely worth stopping in.

16/05/2025: A burger we got was so tough that we complained about it. Our server got the Manager and he actually put the knife into it at the table which was not good manners.
The chicken was ok. Sorry, we won't be back.
15/05/2025: Pleasantly surprised by this place. Have passed it so many times and didn't realise the food, service and atmosphere was so good. No complaints

22/04/2025: This is a gorgeous little coffee shop right in at the car park. Stopped here en route to Wexford using the nearby EV Fast Charger (50kW). Lovely friendly staff and a really delicious coffee. Nice clean toilets.

18/05/2025: We visited on a Wednesday and there was a live Irish music session which started at 9pm and it was perfect. The staff (mainly family) were so talented from the Landlord who sang to his daughter who played the piano and sang. I'm sure they have much more they can play. The son Jack welcomed us and was so informative about Irish history. Loved it all

04/06/2025: I think I just found the worst supervalue in Ireland. Tea β¬360 π«£ sausage rolls too cheap and not cheerful and as for the fresh bakery ! What fresh bakery ? Pastries are all thaw and serve and still cold from defrosting. Parking is awkward but there is parking. Checking out at self serve was intimidating like the eyes are definitely on you incase you donβt scan an item. Maybe this was just a bad day here for them judging by other reviews although there ainβt much in the way of options in this small area. End note β¦ do better and seriously reduce the price of your tea or give us a breakdown of that costing.

06/04/2025: Nice hotel a but old fashioned but we'll kept, clean and warm. Situated on main road with a late opening pizza shop opposite so noisy late at night. TV channel signal not good. Food was plentiful with buffet breakfast and main meal portions were good. Unfortunately we had mash at every one of the 4 nights. It said on the door on a tiny notice 'residents only' but that was not the case. It was very busy in the lounge but it was Paddy's weekend. I expected entertainment most of the day on paddy's day however it didn't start until 9.30pm π. We were with a coach party and there was at least two more in our time there so hotel busy.
25/02/2025: Great option for a budget price. Exactly what we needed and appreciated the friendly staff. Bar was cozy and large with food. Rooms were basic, but clean. Bed was spring mattress and could use an update. Car parking is across the street and β¬5 for the night versus β¬12. Would recommend. Thank you!

The staff if very accommodating. Spaghetti arrabbiata was fantastic. The chocolate cake was top notch. The atmosphere was very cosy. Most authentic Italian restaurant so far!

20/03/2025: Went to this beautiful restaurant for a family dinner Monday March 17 on local recommendations. It was a really lovely experience. Restaurant was busy when we arrived but we were seated straight away by a very welcoming waitress. The food was very tasty, the atmosphere excellent and the prices very reasonable. The complimentary glass of house wine on offer that night was just the icing on the cake. Will certainly drop in next time we are near Enniscorthy. Thank you Casa d'Galo.
