30/03/2025: What a gem! Stumbled upon this cafe while out searching for a small bite after exploring the town. The owner was SO friendly and inviting. There is such a lovely feeling of cosiness to the place. I had the daily special of Arancini (delish!!) and my husband had pancakes. Highly recommend - and it is dog friendly :)

13/03/2025: Today was my second and last time in Heavenly Cafe, won't ever go in again. Service was slow but the drinks were nice, soured by an uncomfortable atmosphere, it's not nice to feel stared at while trying to enjoy your coffee. Not as dog friendly as they claim.

15/05/2025: Amazing, fab staff ,lovely decor,the rooms were lovely sitting out after the breakfast, facing the river ,20 degrees..fab so relaxing..

10/05/2025: A lovely hotel overlooking the beautiful River Slaney in Enniscorthy. Friendly service, great facilities including a big ballroom. Excellent deserts 😌

22/04/2025: This is a gorgeous little coffee shop right in at the car park. Stopped here en route to Wexford using the nearby EV Fast Charger (50kW). Lovely friendly staff and a really delicious coffee. Nice clean toilets.

31/03/2025: The cardinal sin of any restaurant is for it raise expectations via its decor that its food then fails to match. The Bailey is a lovely venue with a crisp modern look accented by (on the evening we visited) tastefully positioned uplighters. It looks upmarket, plain and simple, setting a high bar for the chef to clear. Thankfully, the food is even better. It's rare that you can order such contrasting mains from an extremely varied menu and the restaurant gets it spot on. For example, the Thai curry was to the standard of a really good asian restaurant, and likewise the Lasagne was as good as any Italian restaurant that we have visited. My wife remarked that it was a shame that we visited the second night of our short break instead of the first, or we could have dined here twice and tried more off of the menu. That really sums it up in one sentence. The staff were excellent as well.

13/01/2025: Really nice traditional pub. Staff are all lovely and pints are impeccable.

06/04/2025: Nice hotel a but old fashioned but we'll kept, clean and warm. Situated on main road with a late opening pizza shop opposite so noisy late at night. TV channel signal not good. Food was plentiful with buffet breakfast and main meal portions were good. Unfortunately we had mash at every one of the 4 nights. It said on the door on a tiny notice 'residents only' but that was not the case. It was very busy in the lounge but it was Paddy's weekend. I expected entertainment most of the day on paddy's day however it didn't start until 9.30pm 😒. We were with a coach party and there was at least two more in our time there so hotel busy.

25/02/2025: Great option for a budget price. Exactly what we needed and appreciated the friendly staff. Bar was cozy and large with food. Rooms were basic, but clean. Bed was spring mattress and could use an update. Car parking is across the street and €5 for the night versus €12. Would recommend. Thank you!

13/04/2025: From the start till the end an absolutely amazing experience. The staff if very accommodating. Spaghetti arrabbiata was fantastic. The chocolate cake was top notch. The atmosphere was very cosy. Most authentic Italian restaurant so far!

20/03/2025: Went to this beautiful restaurant for a family dinner Monday March 17 on local recommendations. It was a really lovely experience. Restaurant was busy when we arrived but we were seated straight away by a very welcoming waitress. The food was very tasty, the atmosphere excellent and the prices very reasonable. The complimentary glass of house wine on offer that night was just the icing on the cake. Will certainly drop in next time we are near Enniscorthy. Thank you Casa d'Galo.

01/03/2025: Great pub and the locals are very welcoming, bar staff were very nice and the drinks were cheapest in the town , went on a Thursday and came back again on the Friday for live music
