Kelly's Deli

Rosslare
12/05/2025: Coffee and food are still perfect 99% of the time, but it is so slow at peak times. There really should be two queues. Car space (which is now at a premium with the double yellow lines) is being taken up outside for longer than necessary.
24/04/2025: Nothing exciting - typical coffee cafe. Not outrageous but priced at higher end for average offerings & quality.

Sharky's Rosslare

Rosslare
07/07/2025: A little disappointing considering the price and proximity to the sea, but it did full us up well. A lot of batter on the fish and the tartar sauce was just weird I won't lie
05/07/2025: The food is delicious and cheap. From the terrace you can see the sea; it's almost right on the beach. We really liked the place, and if we return to Wexford, we'll eat there again.

La Marine Bistro at Kelly's Resort Hotel & Spa

Rosslare
06/08/2025: We would have definitely given 5 stars except the wine was over priced. The food quality and service was out standing. The consistentcy of the quality of the food and service has been maintained for over 30 years of our experience and I suspect for much longer than that. We would highly recommend
12/07/2025: Got the hake burger when it came the batter was hot but the fish was cold

Wild and Native

Rosslare
13/07/2025: Very disappointing meal unfortunately. We had crab claws and cod fritters which didn’t have much flavour, a caprese salad where the mozzarella tasted of fish, and scallops which were ok but nothing amazing. They served us Aldi bake at home ciabatta and garlic bread which again was just ok. For the price we paid the food was mediocre at best.
11/07/2025: Always fantastic all round, i have been to this restaurant since it opened and have never been disappointed Keep up the good work

La Marine

Rosslare
12/07/2025: Our party of four had lunch in La Marine at Kellys Rosslare on a beautiful summer day. We selected from the Mains Menu. Two trout and two chicken bruschetta. The trout arrived on bed of pine nuts, mushrooms etc and swimming in oil. It was stomach turning. The bruschetta was a few pieces of chicken on a piece of hard bread and big lumpy wedges. I've eaten bruschetta in the best restaurants, but to call this bruschetta was a joke. Unfortunately we were not laughing. The AI generated screaming parrot adds nothing to the ambience. It needs to be put out of its misery. Never again. 0 out of 5 would be more appropriate as it was that bad. Our waiter Andrew was excellent.
05/07/2025: Brilliant. We ate in La Marine restaurant. Staff were so good. Great with multiple sensitivies and coeliac. Could not have been better. Dedicated fryer. Great food. Felt very safe. Menu did not show the allergens but they can modify most dishes. Lots of options for starter main and deserts. Had the fish of the day. Other half had pork chop. Delicious. 4 restaurants here and all could cater for us. Will be back. Lovely gardens. Beach walk. So good.

Irish ferries

Rosslare
15/07/2025: A tired ship with visible rust even in the cabins. Not that Irish either - ship registered in Cyprus, crew East European, duty-free shop franchise (the best bit) is French. Made mistake of pre-paying a so-called full Irish breakfast - notable for quantity, not quality: and orange juice unavailable even if prepared to pay extra... bizarre.
15/07/2025: We travelled Pembroke Dock to Rosslare a few years ago on Stena Lines, so we thought we would give Irish Ferries a go this time. We arrived early and were near the front of the queue but we ended up boarding last. Went to the Lafayette cafe, they had run out of Coke Zero, sandwitches were stale and the card reader was broken! No paper in loo cubicle and the staff were very hard to understand. The Isle of Inishfree is looking tired, inside and out, and needs a revamp. On arrival at Rosslare we thought we may be first to disembark, but no, we sat for over half an hour in the bowels of the ship and were last to get off. The return trip was not as bad but could have been better. I don't know what system you use for the embark/disembark, but it is not very passenger friendly! Next time we ''Go across the sea to Ireland'' we will be going by Stena Line it was a far better experience.

Beaches

Rosslare
30/01/2025: I booked the hotel months ago and reserved a table for the birthday of my husband in Beaches restaurant. I even emailed the hotel the day before we arrive to remind the restaurant. I was surprised that when we arrived there was no table for us according to a certain Michael and he is just putting us in a random table in the middle of the restaurant. I knew there was no reserved table for us because the table where he is putting us do not even have a card that said “reserved” like the other empty tables around in the best location of the room. I pointed the empty table with a “reserved” card on the side of the room and I said I wanted to be there. He insisted that it was reserved for somebody else because there was a card on it that says reserved. I asked why dont I have a reserved table when I specifically reserved a table for that nite for my husband’s birthday. He said there was no reserved table for us. I said I have an email that said I have a reserved table on that night. After a long exchanges with Michael, he was very rude and annoyed with me and reluctantly put us on the table that I wanted on the side. He showed his annoyance by snapping to remove the reserved card on top of the table. It is just my right to demand a table in a good location complete with the reserved card to know that they have complied with my request and not just to be put on a random empty table in the middle of the room. Empty tables in good location with reserved card are all over the place. I felt humiliated when I even need to demand a table which I already reserved and when Michael snapped the card on the table to show his annoyance! It ruined the night that should be a celebration! My husband and myself just tried to forget about it so that it will not ruin the rest of the night that was already ruined by Michael with his bad attitude! We were lucky we have an attentive waiter named Luca on our table to compensate. Michael do not know how to handle customer’s request. He should be trained more. And when a customer reserved a table they should reserve the table and put a card on that table that says it was reserved for that particular person. Customers felt their request were being heard that way. Michael should be trained more to be polite and do not show his rudeness infront of the customer who is only asserting her rights! Michael ruined our night with his rudeness!
