15/08/2025: I love the ice cream parlor and cafe right on the beach. Good coffee and ice cream.

27/07/2025: Amazing choice, great service, love the lemon sorbet and flavoured ice cream highly recommended love this place and will be returning regularly to take some home too!

19/11/2025: A good selection of small meals to take away or eat in. Limited space and often long wait times. The staff seems slow and inefficient, and is unfriendly and indifferent. It's a shame, because the meals are really good and attractively presented.

14/06/2026: We came at 00:17, the boat goes at 00:55 turns out the boat went early, we thankfully got another boat the next day at 21:00 because we complained about it. we didnt get any email or anything that the boat went early, PISSED ME OF ALOT.

07/06/2026: Lousy.. The one day in the year I wanted to travel by boat and it wasn't running due to a training exercise. Minimal help with enquiries. Electric Notice board broken for two weeks with out of date information on it ..

11/07/2026: Ok, barely edible, not worth the insane price. We ordered: 1. Mussels appetizer - 12 of the smallest mussels known to man. Think: TINY. Flavor and freshness were good (it's hard to mess up butter and garlic), but size was a joke. Some pepper (black or red would have been nice for depth of flavor). 2. Scotch Egg - excellent, though for the price they could double the size of the order and give two eggs. 3. Duck Confit - was okay, but extremely salty, barely edible. Spring onions used for garnish were clearly not fresh as edges were wilted. lentils were way too salty and sauce was too watery. 4. Lamb shoulder - unedible. The lamb shoulder portion was way too small for the price, and also dry and completely overcooked with incorrect time/temp/humidity. The glaze on top was completely burnt and inedible. The eggplant that comes with the dish was undercooked and the tomato sauce on top was clearly straight out of the refridgerator the way it was 'caked' on top, clearly not prepared freshly. The potato gratin tasted like it might have been cooked in vegetable oil instead of butter (but I'm not sure). Regardless the dry and burnt meat and undercooked eggplant was inedible. The whole dish was way too salty also. 5. Truffle fries - great concept, terrible execution. They were normal cut despite being called string fries on the menu - and instead of actually using truffle oil to accompany the parmesan with fresh parsley and lemon on top - they slathered the fries in mayo which was overpowering, soggy, unhealthy, and gross. For this inedible food - over 100 euro with two beers and glass of wine. I'd expect this all to cost about 50 euro and to still be edible. Not worth it. Service was good and responsive, though.

05/05/2026: Lovely family dinner at La Marine. Would highly recommend. Service and good great and waiters were kind to children.

09/07/2026: 15 euro for the COD alone. Absolutely shocking. Eat in area dirty. Nice cod and chips but completely overpriced. Scandalous

30/06/2026: Great chipper, right by the strand. Plenty of seating available. The monkfish bites were the highlight for me but everything was very tasty.

17/06/2026: Best Jambo Bag in Rosslare! Chips are out of this world and the chili and salt chicken is top notch.

05/04/2026: Both me and my wife got violently ill after a meal here. Terrible terrible terrible.
