A real find. Fabulous friendly family run hotel. Excellent location in town centre. The tasting menu was fantastic and lovely and attentive staff. We loved it and will be back.

Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Room lovely. Food amazing. Had dinner on two nights. Each night I was offered 3 choices of Vegetarian dishes. This is very unusual as I'm normally offered "a Vegetable Stir Fry" in most Restaurants i visit. My husband adored the choice of amazing fish dishes. Fran and Kevin

05/07/2025: A Special thank you to jason and his amazing staff for all there amazing help and support in regards today Event which was my cousin jenna 's baby Naming the Walter Raleigh and their amazing staff could not have done enough. For my cousin and her partner. Out of the two hotels in youghal I would highly recommend the Walter Raleigh Thanks again on behalf of myself and my emidate family
19/06/2025: My family and I randomly stopped by here for dinner,what a great atmosphere amongst the staff,jason and brian were very welcoming and made us feel right at home,kids are fussy eaters but nothing was a problem with the staff,we then met michael the manager and felt that there was a warm friendly atmosphere all round,well done to you and your team michael,can't wait to return with more of our friends for the gorgeous food and glowing atmosphere, hence the 5 star😉
