Lovely ambience, good wine selection, friendly staff, unfortunately my entree was quite bad. I had the prawns wrapped in sole (Sogliola Con Gamberi E Asparagus) and, somehow, the sole was very mushy and the prawns small, rubbery and tasteless. On the other hand the Salmone Al Mascarpone my wife had was delicious. The restaurant was packed and the pizza delivery guy was very busy so I'm hoping my experience was unusual.
Who knew that good Italian food existed in Ireland? Not us but this was another fantastic surprise. We both had pasta dishes and they were phenomenal. Highly recommend.
The owner of Mick Bryne's recommended, and made our reservation, and we loved it. My husband had a seafood risotto and I had prawns wrapped in filet of sole. We started with calamari. The BEST we have ever had. GO❣️
For what you'd expect to be a quiet Monday night, this place was busy and it's easy to see why. Fabulously attentive service and the food we had was authentic Italian with an open kitchen. Pasta and pizza were both incredible and a little drop of Lemincello for dessert made the whole thing a brilliant experience from start to finish.
