A holiday in Listowel is NEVER complete without a dinner or 2 in Allos ... The most tender and delicious filet steak I have ever had and service, second to none. A super tasty cosmopolitan cocktail set the scene for an exquisite evening ... with lovely wine for the main course and a delicious Bailey's coffee with dessert. The atmosphere is always sophisticated but not stuffy, friendly but not intrusive. A step above all the other restaurants in the area ... a must do when passing through this amazing little town.

An outstanding restaurant with convivial staff and delicious food. This is clearly a hometown favorite by the number of people there and for an obvious reason, superb food and wonderful dining experience.

Wow, food was just amazing. I visited here two evenings in a row. On each occasion, I was blown away. The presentation and the food tasted divine . The staff were attentive and extremely professional in their work. Well done, Allos. You have got the dining experience exceptional .

Lovely Restaurant in Listowel town we dined here on a trip to Listowel after recommendations from a local. Food and service was very good couldn't fault the quality of the food. but unfortunately our group felt in the current economic climate Allos are too pricey,. No options other than a set 3 course menu so whether you want 1 course or 3 it's the same price, which is rather expensive dining. No other options offered to us, also €10 supplement on some dishes and an extra service charge per person. We recommend that the owners should review the above before they actually price themselves out of business.
