A proper old pub. Barman was really friendly. Playing cards with the regulars. Felt a really nice place. Nice beer to.

Authentic Irish Pub. When you’re in the area, stop by for a pint. Very kind staff. We got a flat tire on our roadtrip from Connemara to Galway. Bryan got us in touch with someone in town who changed our tire. Thank you Bryan!!!

Connemara Lake Hotel

26/02/2026: Just popped into The Lake Hotel after a funeral and wow were we pleasantly surprised, we just went in for a quick coffee but had the wings as well, the wings were fabulous probably best I've ever had, the service was great, the staff so nice and pleasant. The toilets are spotless. They have done refurbishment and new manager ( I can't remember last time I was there) so the best of luck with it all, will definitely be back

24/07/2026: Could not find a single fault with Fahertys Bar the service was first class and also the toasties . I will be going back again and recommending Fahertys Bar to everyone 😁😁😁
05/07/2026: Great little bar, staff were very kind to allow us to bring our dog into the bar for the Clare v Limerick match.
