Could not find a single fault with Fahertys Bar the service was first class and also the toasties . I will be going back again and recommending Fahertys Bar to everyone 😁😁😁

Popped in for coffee and tea. One of our party is wheelchair bound, and we were helped by staff, and a lovely lady patron entering and exiting. Friendly Staff and Patrons too! Excellent service! Highly recommended.

We stayed above the pub for one night. Very cosy room, clean reasonably priced. Little kitchen with a fridge and microwave. Milk in the fridge, tea and coffee. Would definitely recommend.

The Boat Inn

14/08/2026: I had a wonderful stay at The Boat Inn and really enjoyed my experience. The hotel was lovely, comfortable and welcoming. The room was clean, cozy and well prepared, and the self check-in process was very easy and convenient. The location was great, and everything was exactly as expected. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend The Boat Inn. I would be happy to stay here again!
12/08/2026: Located in the heart of Oughterard with every amenity nearby. The guesthouse has been tastefully renovated and refurbished. Check-in was quick and easy. The rooms are warm and inviting. A really lovely stay for a weekend, or even longer to explore the Wild Atlantic Way.
