Beautiful little coffee and restaurant shop. Nicely decorated, very colourful and lots of things you can buy like little shop aswell. Big variety of choices on the menu. There is something for every taste 😋 Did I mentioned that there is a restaurant upstairs aswell. I will definitely comeback.

Visiting Ireland from Canada and had the pleasure of stopping in for a bite to eat. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the food fantastic. Add to that the wonderful hostess who was so kind and friendly. Thank you for a great experience :)

We had a really enjoyable lunch here. I had the savoury omelette & my wife had the toasted BLT. They have a dog friendly area upstairs & kindly gave our dog Henry a bowl of water & dog treat. Everyone was so very kind, definitely put it on your list if you're in New Ross.

I visited New Ross with my partner and our well-behaved border collie dog on a cold and dreary day. After I finished my business we went looking for a place to have some food and get warmed up. We tried three places but they refused us entry because we had a dog. We were about to give up and head home, cold and hungry when we happened upon Ann McDonalds restaurant. I opened the door and asked if we could bring Ivan in. The lady responded cheerily, of course, and directed us upstairs. We were further surprised to find the cosy and comfortable area upstairs presented. Ivan was dealt with first and was brought a bowl of water and a treat. We awaited a downside to this place but none came. The food was terrific and the staff couldn't be nicer and helpful. Ann McDonald's will definitely be our place to go to in New Ross from now on and would recommend it highly especially if you have a well behaved doggie.

Wow! What a find! We went in to pick up a bottle of wine, an immediately was taken back to how shops/cares used to be. Friendly staff, and the scone was really nice 👌 A1. So good, went back the very next day. Scones are awesome! Highly recommended 👌

Thanks so much Ann for a lovely lunch on Sunday - delicious toasted sandwiches, made with proper roast ham and hand cut chips - followed by Christmas pudding! Looking forward to our next visit. A must in New Ross.
