Staff are so friendly and helpful especially the small girl rachel i had issues with coffee machine couldnt get it to work but she couldnt be any more helpful to make my ice coffee
Absolutely brilliant customer service! My favourite Applegreen station by far.
I have been served by Rafael on multiple occasions and he never fails to be friendly, kind and helpful, serving customers with a great attitude and sense of humour. He has been a great help to me on numerous occasions when I've had issues with my fuel card, and he continues to be an amazing example of how to maintain loyal customers, recognising them the moment they walk through the door.
I have also been served by Fionn who has been nothing but friendly, patient and helpful, and is always serving customers with a smile. He helped me out today when my receipt didn't print and made it his priority to make sure I got it in the end.
