Wow. I mean, what a place! Views, service, food…all just utterly outstanding. We were so well looked after and it was a genuinely wonderful evening. Thank you so much to the whole team who provided such a perfect experience as we celebrated the life of our lost friend. It’s not cheap but when it’s this good, it doesn’t matter.

Came here for lunch, the service was great and the food was very nice too. We ordered the prawn and lobster linguine and fish and chips, both very palatable. I was worried about the stairs for those less able, but they have a stair lift, so very disabled friendly too!

We stopped here before boating our boats tour and have to say it has an amazing view and the oysters were a 10 out of 10

Une pépite ! Ne vous fiez pas à la façade du bâtiment qui cache en réalité une très belle salle de restaurant sur la mer. Le service est impeccable et les plats délicieux. Un énorme coup de cœur pour la sole !

19/07/2025: Nice spot to have some of the seafood for which Dublin is famous. Ordered an open-faced sandwich of prawns and salmon on dense dark bread--very nice; came with a side salad. This is definitely a spendy spot; oysters are twice the price at which I normally find them in the PNW. It's housed in a beautiful old building, but this of course means that there is no climate control -- you'll be as humid inside as you are outside. Otherwise, a nice spot for quality food.

02/07/2025: Very pleasant evening, amazing food, great staff.
23/06/2025: If I could give more than 5 stars I would! It was amazing! Seeing the canal boat going through the lock, experiencing the view from the canal, speaking to the crew was such a unique experience. The food was amazing and so were the staff, very friendly. The over all price was 100% worth it. Really enjoyed it!
