The music and atmosphere are amazing and the style the pub has is great. Yet the second floor planning for jazz performances absolutely ruins the mood and stresses me out. Why would anyone make the room long and put people far from the stage when the scene can be in the centre of the room and allow more people to enjoy the performance? If the floor had stage where the bar is and the bar where the stage is now the place could be absolutely amazing.

Really nice place, amazing atmosphere, the staff was really helpful and the food amazing! We ordered a Burger and Fish n’ Chips: both were really tasty! When I’m back in Dublin I will visit it again for sure!

Really nice place, really nice crew. We asked for recommendations on food and beer and they even let us taste some of the beers to see if we liked them. There was also nice live music. Food was incredible, and they were very kind. Will definitely be back again.

Arthur’s, what can I say….warm, inviting, friendly. Everything a tourist could ask for. Found this pub by chance first day we arrived and met Pavlov and his team. They were so great. The food was awesome. Next night went on a full day tour of Dublin, had pints in i multiple pubs, but in the end, we wanted to get away from Temple Bar area and head back to Arthur’s. Did not disappoint. Live band was excellent and Pavlov and his team were the best! Great place.

Stopped in by chance as we were walking by and it was by far the best pub we found in our few days in Dublin so far. There was no TV that would steal your eye and we were lucky enough to be there when the fire was lit and making the atmosphere charming and unique. The food was great (Wild mushroom and pearl barley risotto was amazing), the servers were awesome and friendly and we made a point of going back when other places disappointed.

26/11/2025: My daughter and I went there for the pre theater menu last night before a concert at NCH. We sat near the window upstairs and it was cozy and very comfortable. The two main courses ox cheek amd gnocchi just blown us away. Super scrumptious and very well presented. I highly recommend this place. I will be back for more.
26/11/2025: i could rave about this place endlessly! we came here for their early bird menu which was only €36 for two courses and €39.50 for three. every course we ordered exceeded my expectations completely! i absolutely loved their delicious ricotta gnocchi with squash and mushrooms, as well as the ox cheek which was very tender and melted in your mouth. the restaurant itself is beautifully furnished, the perfect location for occasions and intimate dinners

10/12/2025: This was the most wonderful dining experience we have had to date. Mentioned in our reservation that we were celebrating our engagement, and were given a glass of fizz each as a kindness, along with congratulations from the staff. The food was absolutely delicious; each course was a true experience, and the elements of every dish were spectacular. The oyster mushroom main will stay in our minds for months to come! We were primarily served by the effortlessly cool Orcan, a most perfect blend of profoundly friendly waiter-ship balanced with professional efficiency and knowledge. We didn’t get the names of the other members of staff, but all oozed with the same charisma, passion, and love for the establishment. It was the perfect curation for a perfect evening, and we can’t thank the staff enough. We will certainly be back again (honeymoon?) !!!!
09/12/2025: Good food. Very small portions. Very tasty but very small. I had to eat again after. The venue itself is flat and very bright. Overall a good ex perience, I feel the food does not match the restaurant at all.
