Lovely hotel. Rooms spotless and very friendly staff. Breakfast very tasty.

Great staff couldn't do enough to make our stay with the kids a really good one. Really went out of their way with the children.

I just love staying at this hotel when I visit from Sydney. My daughter was in a play at Ballina players so the location is excellent. The staff are always friendly, helpful and polite. All the rooms have been gorgeous, very cosy and clean and I love the access to the outdoor balcony setting. Walkable to the shops and Restuarants if needed, highly recommend

Beautifully furnished and fun to explore,many sitting rooms throughout, kind and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, easy parking. We were able to walk all around town to different shops and grocery stores. Highly recommend

The whole hotel had an unpleasant smell

Service and food had no faults. Rooms were clean but dated in style with the old fashioned feel of the hotel overall. Main problem was the heat of the room, was stifling even with the windows open and heaters off. Food in restaurant and breakfast all met very good standards.

From the minute I arrived at the Ballina Manor the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and top marks for cleanliness. They all deserve recognition for excellent customer care, you're not a number here, the personal touch in every aspect of my stay.
