Enjoyed a lovely rustic birthday dinner! Staff were brilliant and attentive! Highly recommended!

We only ate here, so I can't rate the rooms. The food and service are very good, and I plan to eat here again.

Xmas fair was brilliant. Great music food and crafts. Very festive.

Light lunch served Monday to Saturday. Ballymaloe is famous around the world for the quality of their food, and the lunch, though simple, lives up to this reputation. Prices are a couple of euro more expensive than you'd find in a typical hotel, but not enough to put anyone off. Nice conservatory dining room and lots of interesting walks in the grounds.

Stunning, stunning, stunning! I was expecting a rather expensive experience here but, to my surprise myself and my wife had a beautiful lunch of toasted venison sandwiches with relish as well as gorgeous bowls of soup. The staff were truly beautiful people who couldn't do enough for us and we even made several purchases in the gift shop! Something I very, very rarely do. My only complaint is that it's so far away from where I live! If it weren't I would most definitely be a very regular customer. I can only hope that we get the opportunity to revisit at some stage. Lovely setting, staff very welcoming and whilst it is clear there have been some renovations, it’s still very dated. Breakfast was good but the five course tasting dinner uninspiring. The sweet trolly was a huge disappointment. The bath was tiny, towels old and stained, no vanity mirror, no cotton wool etc stained carpet, but comfortable bed and a lovely proportioned room.

Es wirkt wie ein Hofladen, was beim näheren hinschauen sich als ein reizendes Café mit Speisen mit Produkten (Wolldecken, Seife, Geschirr, Haushaltsartikel uvm.) herausstellt Wir waren zur Kaffee Zeit dort und liessen uns von den Köstlichkeiten verzaubern. Anschließend an das Gebäude ist eine Galerie geöffnet. Für eine Auszeit und zum entdecken von schönen Dingen lohnt es sich. Wir würden wieder hingehen.
