A magical Friday night at Barrtrá. The surprise menu was spectacular. Staff were wonderful, kind & fun. A roaring success for our besties birthday:)

Came here fresh off the beach, bedraggled and with a gaggle of babies and young children. The staff were unphased by our lack of decorum and were very accomodating. We had the fish surprise menu and the halibut main was out of this world. We can't stop thinking about it. All agreed it's the best fish we've ever been served. Understated but brilliantly executed food, and a menu which is good value for money. Highly recommend.

Had a birthday dinner for 5. Delightful and unique experience with ‘surprise’ menu. Food was excellent and loved by all 5 diners. Catered very well for a ‘plain eater’ and special requests. Loved it!

This was one of the most romantic, memorable meals of my life and an absolute highlight of our time visiting Ireland.

Great and flavored experience! We had meat and seafood surprise . And they were delicious . Super family friendly, our 3y.o. She had a great time eating and enjoying the chickens and plants outside. Great food and excellent service. Thanks

Amazing food, beautiful location and brillian staff

Dinner was good but we had no other option than going for surprise menu and service was way too long. We had dinner for 3h and 3 dishes (+ amuse bouche and sorbet)…
