Staff are always lovely, food and coffee are great and very reasonably priced in comparison to other establishments in the Blackrock area. Really good selection of sandwiches, almost too good though, hard to make up your mind 🤣

Lovely little spot with a great selection. The staff wouldn’t be the friendliest bunch though!

'On a Platter' has been our go-to local shop for over a decade, and we couldn’t live without it! Kevin and the team are a special part of the community - always ready to greet you with a warm smile:) The deli food, catering, coffees, and cakes are all irresistible, and the kids love the ice cream and jellies! Thank you for being so amazing!

Brick Lane

06/08/2025: Very nice place, large portions. Wonderful service, very friendly and helpful staff
18/07/2025: We discovered this place by chance while looking for dinner in Cork. It was a great success. The waitress (from Granada) was super competent (brilliant), the rest of the staff was equally so, the food was fantastic, and the atmosphere, with live traditional music, was brilliant. The prices were very good for the Republic of Ireland, especially considering the huge dishes. The cheapest pints of beer I've ever had, and I've had a few now...
