Great pint of Guinness and a mighty selection of crisps! Always a very warm and welcoming atmosphere here, it's a brilliant place to watch all varieties of sport and it's my go to any time I'm in the area, though please make sure you bring back the salt and vinegar Hunky Dorys! 😉🙏

Lovely lights and decor for Christmas, warm inside, outdoor covered area also, friendly staff and good selection of beers, at Roscommon prices so v good👍

Abbey Hotel Roscommon

02/04/2024: Went for a wedding, spent 2 days getting sick. Vol a vaunt filling was cold, roast beef was like the sole of a boot, inedible!! No where near enough veg, mash, gravy etc. Desert was tiny, 1 was still frozen of the "trio" and as for the pints, a bar staff member laughed when I told him how sour my pint was, as he said "I'm not surprised, that keg probably open since the last event lime 3 weeks ago 🤣" no wonder I was so sick!! Will never ever go there again!

29/03/2024: Vegan option lovely spelt ciabata with cashew pesto, avocado and sun dried tomatoes. Was delicious and staff very kind.
