Beef & Lobster in Galway

Hi, my self and my boyfriend were in beef and lobseter in galway on Saturday 12th. It was our first time in the city and in beef and lobster. I can't say enough good things about this place. Food 20/10, service 100/10, the waitress' name that was serving us was Żaneta, and there is not enough good things I can say about her service and experience we've had. Extremely friendly, relaxed, treated us with kindness and more like we were people she already knew. She made us feel welcomed and the positivity vibrated from her. We left the restaurant full and really happy !!! Also just to add, I have ordered the beef filet, initially in ordered medium - well but I got medium-rare, and honestly maybe someone would complain about this mistake, but as I told Żaneta, the chef made a good mistake and I had nothing to complain about. The steak was AMAZING, very soft and so delicious, I only realised it was different at the end of my meal. I passed on the positive feedback to the chef and that he had nothing to worry about because it was a very delicious error! Honestly, I really recommend this place.

We had the lobster roll (amazing! Kept simple and let the Lobster do the talking). The strip steak (medium - juicy, tender, and full of flavour). The garlic bread was perfect. Crisp and crunchy fries with parmesan. Great atmosphere, friendly and welcoming staff. 10's all around. Definitely recommend it and will be back. Thank you

Food is good but way too expensive, staff is nice, place is too loud, too much noise from the kitchen.

We had delightful experience here. We started with the pork belly with a sweet BBQ sauce...I had the rib-eye and wife had the lobster roll. I enjoyed the brownie for dessert. Get a reservation - esp on a weekend.

We were late going out for dinner on our night away. But we were lucky to get a table in Lobster and beef. We only got a large starter and dessert. But we really enjoyed it. The chef, and the waitress were so friendly and didn’t rush us. And our meal was beautiful. I had surf and turf on a crispy tortilla. My husband and son had Calamari. Then I had Creme brûlée. We definitely agreed we were all delighted we left the shoppe street area and found this place.

So-so food, way overpriced. Service is painfully slow. It’s ok. barely

The food was good and the staff extremely friendly and attentive. It is quite expensive, though and it seems to be catered towards tourists.
